I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING I PAID MY RENT EVERY MONTH. But because I didn't recert...no notice...I apparently only paid half?! So my notice with my eviction was $5,056!!! Who has that kind of $_ sooo my family helped me but 2 months later I was evicted again...I could pay and recover from that incident. I lost everything including my animals. The owner live out of town so they depend on a property manager to run the place and she is basically worthless. She only contacts the tenant through email. No phone calls. Who does that??? When my dad moved in they did not clean his carpet. His kitchen sink did not work and his air conditioning and heat did not work. They attempted to fix it but was never resolved. They have a lot of druggies living there its not even safe anymore to live there. I moved my dad out and have been fighting to get my deposit back. Do not rent here. !!! Its filthy and they are slum lords. They only care about getting their rent money and thats about it.
