You can expect to have to call BHNV back several times to even get the shotty work patched in a half hazard way. I will apologize for getting it wrong, we had 5 windows and a slider installed. Here are the pictures to prove it. I will also note, I am unhappy with the appearance of the windows and slider trim in the back but have not noticed leaks yet. -To Chad: I did call but it said it was after hours. I left a voicemail. We hired DaBella, who contracted Crummett. Unfortunately the experience was not good. They were…read moredrinking beer on our roof. They left beer in a cooler right in front of our door, overnight. They were peeing off our roof into our dog run area. (There was no Sani-hut provided for them.) They put ladders on top of our gutters and damaged them as well as the trim board on the upper roof. (We offered to remove the gutters and was told it was not necessary). There are clear areas that plywood should have been replaced, and was not. Our roof is bubbling in certain spots. It is new. It's only a week old, but we are highly disappointed with the experience. Nails, tac's and debris were left around our yard. They attempted to clean up but didn't do a very good job. After day 1, we contacted DaBella's sales person, who giggled and said he would take care of it. We also contacted the sales manager, who corresponded for a short time. He said it was unacceptable, they would take care of it and then I never heard from either of them again. And still no Sani-hut the second day.

We had some repairs that needed to be done after construction finished and they were one of the first subs out here tuning doors, replacing handles, etc. Then I had a problem with the front door, which they sold us but against their recommendation the contractor installed. It wasn't level, it rubbed, and there were other issues. I asked Blackrock to come assess the issues so I could go back to the contractor and have him repair the door. Blackrock did the repair. I see some old bad reviews on here and I do not think that is a reflection of the organization or individuals of Blackrock today. Another 5 stars from me.
