Steer Clear! After purchasing a part online I realized the part was not right for my application. I contacted the dealership when they opened Monday morning and was informed I was too late, and UPS already had the package. Moments later I received the tracking information and could see that the label was just printed and UPS was awaiting the package. The dealership informed me that the part was not returnable. I don't appreciate less than honest treatment. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed either Anthony or Doug would be contacting me shortly, that was several days ago and I'm still waiting. Honesty, integrity, and trust can only be earned through years of doing the right things, from the reviews here on Yelp I can see this dealership has earned their reputation! Nice looking shop, staff was nice enough but they do not seem to stock typical maintenance and impulse buy items...unless you are looking to buy a new bike and a pile of black harley T-shirts......they are stuffed to gills with swag and bikes. I went in to buy light bulbs and a new helmet for the wife...they were "out of stock" on both. The selection of helmets was black brain buckets only....sad because I went to the dealership to spend money and left empty handed.... read more

My parents bought a bike from here and the salesman told them the tires and battery were new, they were put on in the previous year. They found out, after going 80 through South Dakota, they had slices on their back tire. There was only 4k miles before the trip that they put on the bike. They found a place to get new tires and the dates on the tires said they were put on in 2012 and the battery was put in, in 2013. So not only did they lie about when the tires were put on, they could have lost their lives. Also, when they went in to confront them about it, the salesman that sold them the bike didn't even have the intestinal fortitude to face them. He went to the back office to hide. These are the main reasons why I give them a 1 star. read more

Stopped in here two different weekends and received the same service. Total RUDENESS! We found several items to purchase and couldn't find anyone to check us out. So went to parts counter, checked with salesmen and no one would help us checkout. None of them were doing anything but standing around! Bought a used Harley from Silver Eagle. Traveled two hours to get there and the salesman wasn't available. Another salesman took over and showed us to our bike. It wouldn't start. Wouldn't even turn over. Yes, they knew we were coming, and what we were after. When they finally got it started it had a taillight out and the stand-in salesman flicked at it with his finger like that was gonna fix it while assuring us the bike had been through their million-point inspection. Also, the battery tender lead they "put on all our bikes" was missing. Then we had to wait another hour for the finance guy. There's just so much that sucked about the whole thing- buying $60 worth of sunglasses and THEN getting a "points" card that we could have put our purchase on. The paint chipped off the sunglasses before we got home. That wouldn't have mattered if anything else had gone well. So----when the bike was supposed to be delivered they called ahead and said around 5 pm. After numerous calls from the delivery guy the bike showed up at 10 pm. The bike's home, we're feeling good now. Went to wash and wax it and there were bugs on it from God knows how long ago, but that's not the worst. Took it for the first ride, one mile up the road, one mile back, parked it and there was a puddle of oil under it immediately. So I got to checking, opened the oil reservoir, and it was full TO THE BRIM so I got my wife's new turkey baster from the kitchen and a half-quart Mason jar. Sucked out oil til the half-quart jar was full to the brim just to get the oil level to the MAX mark on the dipstick. Then when we called Silver Eagle to let them know how incompetent they are, the salesman said "You need to tell this to the Service Dept." and put me on hold. After about a minute on hold I hung up. Five minutes later they called me back and said they heard I had "a little problem with oil." After talking for a minute they suggested I bring it back in to "give it a complete once-over to make sure nothing is wrong." I replied "I wouldn't let your dealership put air in my tires." It's the third Harley I've bought in my life, and the most incompetent dealership I've ever seen. If I were you I wouldn't buy a bike there, and if you have one don't even let them put air in your tires. read more
