My poor 8 month old daughter has been in and out of this place now with the same symptoms and you have to have a follow up in a week that she isn't getting any better. I'm not saying you need antibiotics for everything but when it is the same result and that is what cleared it up the first time why wouldn't you do it again? And when they say "call us and we will prescribe ...." nope .... you'll need to bring her in again. Very inconvenient how things are ran. And I leave voice mail after voicemail for updated shot record and her referral ... those workers never call you back. Go somewhere else please and save yourself the hassle. And if you call and cancel in the same day you still pay a fee ... for doing the right thing and giving your slot to someone else.

LOVE the nurse practictioners that he sees most of the time (Cynthia and Jill are our faves) since they are there for after hours and weekends.
