Not to mention the amounts of paperwork that MDs are required to perform just to provide care ( for insurance , patient needs etc). So prednisone should NOT have been given to him and now from the antibiotics his pee is almost orange!!! We're going to his regular doctor now to see the cause for this change in color. Found out this antibiotic can cause liver damage!!!! No one said a word!! Hope we don't have to call a lawyer!!! If you value your life DONT GO THERE!!!! Plus the doctor there is hooked on prednisone for her asthma!!!

I was referred her by my pediatrician after my daughter developed symptoms of pink eye. We arrived about 7pm, waited for about 15 mins, and then were escorted to an exam room. The lady who took us back was so rough with our daughter trying to get her vitals. She couldn't get a good reading for her oxygen or blood pressure and even struggled with getting her temperature. She eventually gave up and said the Doctor didn't really need it. After about 10 mins, the Doctor came in. He was so rough with my daughter. He was grabbing her face so hard. He looked at her so quickly I don't think he could even make a proper diagnosis. He just went based off of what we said as her parents. Definitely wouldn't recommend for patients with babies. The pictures are 2 days after her appt. Bruise is still dark and is the shape of a fingertip.

That being said, the transition to Center Well has had a few bumps, but it has gotten better. I lost (to retirement) my PCP earlier this year, but things seem to better now. Expected. The caregivers are great with little exception. Change always yields some hiccups, but things seemed to have settled down. I continue to endorse Creekside and staff for well above average healthcare, fine doctors and nurses and specialist. I never give a 5-star, because nothing is ever perfect. I always come prepared with research I've done, in case a Dr recommends something I disagree with, but she didn't do that. And she told me I was smart to do my research. We definitely bonded and had a great talk. She recommended some bloodwork, which was fine . Never met such a happy Doctor, since my Dr Cea, who used to make house calls in the Bronx, when I was a kid. I am looking forward to my next visit in December. The staff's instructions and responses to my inquiries were incorrect about 85% of the time. Also they do not use their portal effectively. I complained numerous times and was told the software "does not do that"; however, I have another physician that uses the same software and it is excellent.
