To start off, with all of the offices under this management, there's probably maybe SIX genuinely good doctors across the board. And by good I mean a provider who listens to you and isn't on their phone while in the room with you, doesn't rush you because there are 5 other people waiting to be seen... and probably 4 more in the waiting room, who listens, and most importantly orders diagnostic testing/ bloodwork that MAKE SENSE and not just to hit numbers or make the guy who's signs your checks happy. On a good day you'll be seen within the hour... key word on a "good" day. Depending on the building you might have a good experience with the front desk but who knows. Now let's get Into the staff. You see a new face every week because whoever is in charge of hiring unfortunately hires whoever is available, licensed or not! With that being said, you have one to many medical assistants fresh out of school, which is not bad. But, a new hires training is to be sitting down in a room for hours looking at a screen. And then you get put to shadow with someone who A) is probably new themselves, B) has been there but does the bare minimum and now is giving incorrect information on how to do things to a new hire, or C) an older staff who thinks they are better than everyone. Which is very unfortunate and ghetto because it's is a job not high school. Which lead to MULTIPLE incidents of vaccines being given incorrectly or the wrong vaccine has been used, or just simply not knowing how to do the job. But I want to give credit to the MA's that are kind and great at what they do and are meant for this field, you are seen! Unfortunately this is a company that does not care about staff, but only their pockets. Now let's get into management if you are looking to get hired. Get your experience and leave. It's a joke. I use to hear such great things about management in the years before so I'm not sure what or who happened. This company has so much potential But the people in charge need to go back to school on how to MANAGE. I don't know it was a requirement to be a unhappy little biotch to be a manager. But you have management that definitely preys on those who don't like to speak up for themselves and give them a hard time over things because they are on a power trip for some odd reason. The young lady at the receptionist desk was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. What she didn't know, she was able to get me the answers I needed. My favorite part of my experience here was being taken care of by Dr. Iris Peppers. Not only was she efficient and professional but she was personable and helped me experience fly by even more quickly. I know she told me that is not a doctor but she's taken better care of me than most doctors in the past. I highly recommend coming here if you need urgent care.

Dr Liu took all my pain away and gave me back my lifting abilities all while treating me like an actual person, not like a dollar sign as i had been in Erie. he explained the surgery completely, and the team set up everything from my hotel as well as travel to and from the hotel to surgery center. i have often spoke with folks debating on getting surgery done and hands down the most amazing place i've had work done. and because of that, i went to them again last year for detrimental cervical spine issues. In early 2025 was told my spinal column c5-c3 was unstable and in x-rays you could see it tipping off to the left. the pain i endured was so bad, i often thought about just ending existence. my pain was as if someone put red hot coals under my skin and into my muscles from my skull down to my lower lt region and across my entire back and into my shoulder and down both arms...and the pain was 24/7 with zero relief for months. Dr. Bitan preformed a double discectomy with the insertion of 2 cadaver bones and a mesh around c3-5. I INSTANTLY had relief of all that pain. recovery went well as i was back to doing the bulk of my normal life within a couple days and as the pain subsided from the surgery (he really had to move things around as i have a large, muscular neck) i've been accomplishing more and more of my life again (this spring i will go back to cutting firewood) and i've even picked up a few NEW hobbies in life.... Dr. Bitan and the whole team of Atlantic Spine Center ( his whole surgical team as well as office staff -Love you to death Lisa- truly treated me with compassion, understanding (in my darkest hours of pain i was not a pleasant human) and overall REALLY gave me the feeling they cared about my health. they moved mountains for me and i went from putting together end-of-life plans to now living again. i was not sure i would make it to my 50th bday in the end of january, but Dr. Bitan and the team all DID make it happen and now i'm finding more happiness at 50 than i did the last couple yrs of life (turned out this issue had been going on for a couple yrs only on a smaller scale and had built up to life threatening after an incident). i've been sending everyone i talk with through my business (we own a meadery in Erie pa and are on tons of events as well as folks coming to the bar) to Atlantic Spine Center so they can truly find respite and a life again. sorry if i rambled, i'm just THAT happy and excited to have this pain gone AND be able to do my old life PLUS more again. thank you and much love to Dr. Bitan, Lisa and the whole team of Atlantic Spinal Center!!!!!!

And you walk up another floor to get to Suite 110 on the "1st" floor. Service was quick, a lot of forms, and they have coffee and snacks for those waiting in the big room. Pro - was quick to get in and get an appointment. PT available. Downside was no x-ray/MRI there, and the PT was.. not helpful. Left with more pain than the patient came in with. Hm. Will have to see what their bill is, as they gave us receipts for the payment but not itemized to service.
