I would be worth while for management to investigate the number of complaints that come from this groom and consider if the way she treats the animals that incites stress in the dogs. When my wife asked if he could still take our senior dog (15+ yrs old) since he was already sedated, he swore, said he didn't have time, then walked out of the shop towards his car. We had two dogs scheduled to be groomed but he claimed he didn't have time to take one of them when we were only 20 minutes late? He handled this situation extremely unprofessionally, didn't offer to reschedule, then he walked away while swearing under his breath. I will not return with my current or any future pets.
