I have brought my dogs to Roni for many years, even coming up from IL before I moved to Wisconsin, and the drive was shorter. To know my dog is treated gently, kindly, and groomed so well is a gift. To have all this at a very reasonable price is wonderful! Simply put, I am scheduled out for the whole year because the schedule fills up quickly when you have a good groomer. And you get a 10% discount on the store purchases on the day of a grooming. My dog knows he gets a great treat as soon as he is in the car. The store is really well stocked, but you won't find junk pet food. The quality is on the higher end, and I don't see any foods or treats that I would not be glad to serve my dog. The bakery is fun, and they also take special requests. If you are looking for a good groomer, get on the schedule, but be patient. They are busy, but once you get started, book ahead. One other nice note is that Petlicious supports the local food pantries, and the Food Pantry of Waukesha County is very grateful for the donations of pet food for their clients.

She suggested I hire a private groomer for his next haircut; however, psp is a private company (public being run by the government) that offers grooming services. I have no problem taking my business back to PetSmart next time as we have had zero issues with my dog with their groomers. I would be worth while for management to investigate the number of complaints that come from this groom and consider if the way she treats the animals that incites stress in the dogs. The groomer was very professional, kind with our dog and was able to finish the job quickly for a decent price. There definitely is no shortage of grooming customers so they clearly do a great job! We visit my parents who live in the area a few times a month, and now we'll be bring our dog in for upkeep when we're in town. I didn't get a chance to really look through the fish and reptile area but it looked like there were a lot of options. Nice store!

The owner has always been rough around the edges but today took the cake. Due to an error with scheduling on his part our two dogs were 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. When my wife asked if he could still take our senior dog (15+ yrs old) since he was already sedated, he swore, said he didn't have time, then walked out of the shop towards his car. We had two dogs scheduled to be groomed but he claimed he didn't have time to take one of them when we were only 20 minutes late? He handled this situation extremely unprofessionally, didn't offer to reschedule, then he walked away while swearing under his breath. I will not return with my current or any future pets.
