They said he kept sitting and fell twice. He is a big dog and has joint issues. He also gets scared on smooth surfaces to walk across. So there are no challenges with other dogs and all are perfect when they come in. She was only doing furmanator and nails. They said we can't come back anymore and we said not coming in store and she said fine. I have taken cavalier there and I shop in store all the time but not anymore. They were rude and never addressed problems at the get go before the groom. Also my fiance seen them drag a dog across the floor. I think they need to be trained to deal with certain circumstances and care for the well being of a senior animal. They could have put him on a bigger rug and worked on him while sitting. A 1 star was too much. They just were like we can't deal with him so we won't finish him. No charge but we were more than willing to pay. This twice before going there.

I have brought my dogs to Roni for many years, even coming up from IL before I moved to Wisconsin, and the drive was shorter. To know my dog is treated gently, kindly, and groomed so well is a gift. To have all this at a very reasonable price is wonderful! Simply put, I am scheduled out for the whole year because the schedule fills up quickly when you have a good groomer. And you get a 10% discount on the store purchases on the day of a grooming. My dog knows he gets a great treat as soon as he is in the car. The store is really well stocked, but you won't find junk pet food. The quality is on the higher end, and I don't see any foods or treats that I would not be glad to serve my dog. The bakery is fun, and they also take special requests. If you are looking for a good groomer, get on the schedule, but be patient. They are busy, but once you get started, book ahead. One other nice note is that Petlicious supports the local food pantries, and the Food Pantry of Waukesha County is very grateful for the donations of pet food for their clients.

That's right, homeschooling 2 kids and keeping a toddler alive didn't feel like quite enough, so we decided to throw a puppy into this s***t storm. We needed an animal doc for our not-so-golden Golden Doodle, Arlo, and PVS came highly recommended by several neighbors. It is really a great option for busy families with odd schedules. They keep weekend hours, offer late evening appointments, and have an ER option if your furry friend need immediate attention. They are also adhering to the Covid19 guidelines and offering curbside pick up to keep staff and pet-parents alike safe. Even after this time passes, I feel like I'll be thinking back to which businesses chose to put the health and safety of employees and guests above all else and feel even better about patronizing them. Our pupper sees Doctor Hillary, who is as knowledgeable and reassuring as she is sweet. The entire staff helpfully informed our decisions on training methods, food, and vaccinations. As a person new to raising a puppy, this was everything I needed and more! They have a great texting feature that sent Arlo's test results right to my phone and they have a drive thru pharmacy if we ever need to pick up meds for our precious pooch. We scoped out a lot of local vets before choosing PVS and now I can't imagine choosing any place else. It is truly a one stop shop for all pet health needs.

Within minutes I was impressed with the facilities, it is like a People Clinic, not at all what I was used to. Dr Randy did a thorough review of the chart, and said it was unfortunate, but it is all in the past, and said lets see what we can do. The eye infection we had been treating was actually discharge from the drops and creams the other place we had been going to. Meds were changed, a plan was created to treat. With in 6 months, Diabetes was under control. I had tried to get into a neighboring eye care clinic and told it was going to be at least a month. Dr. Randy had an appointment the NEXT DAY. The folks at Eye Care for Animals worked with him for a treatment plan. With in a year, we actually reversed a cataracts growth allowing him to see out of one eye again. I had a trip, it is hard to find a place to take a dog that needs 2 pills twice a day, Insulin, multiple eye drops three times a day and a special diet. The boarding on site was wonderful. They checked in when I was 1/2 a world away to let me know all was well. In two words, this clinic has been "Life Changing" for both my dog and me. Doctor Randy once said it is important to make sure that MY Life is as important and my pets. He wants to find a balance for both of us.

I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! Stuff happens, messages get lost, so I decided to walk in and did not get a warm reception at all. I explained I had left two messages and hadn't heard back (to which you would think you might get an apology or explanation but got nothing except a further irritated expression.). I asked pricing, availability and how best to schedule appointments. She answered $75, which is around double nearly anyone else I've ever talked to or gone to. I asked if she does much grooming on many doodles (as I have had several groomers 'poodle' my doodle, which is why I am so particular about groomers and will pay more for one who knows the true 'doodle' cut .) I think she actually rolled her eyes and said yes, she has been doing lots of mixed breeds for years. The demeanor, way she answered and less than warm first impression turned me off very much. We are new to town and have owned small businesses in small towns and word of mouth can be your best friend or your worst enemy, and while we all have off days I was less than impressed from this interaction...especially compared to all the other local businesses we have been fortunate enough to interact with who are warm, friendly and eager to help. Also, we choose to give our business to companies who adapt to changing times and busy lives. I go to a groomer because I am too busy to groom my own dogs, work full time and can not call during business hours during the work week to schedule appointments. We look for businesses that have scheduling online or even via email or Facebook. This business does not nor did they return a call from my two phone calls and messages I left. Needless to say, we will NOT be bringing our dogs there nor recommending this business based on this.

Care is taken to find out just what you are wanting done at drop off so there are no surprises. Dogs are happy and squeaky clean when you pick them up. And prices are low for grooming and nail trims compared to the big name stores. It is so nice to have the Silver Leash and worth the half hour drive for me to have my guys groomed so well. Plus there are fun dog treats and chewies and toys in the shop for a post grooming treat.
