I was told if the scheduled caregiver can't be there a replacement would be sent..twice this week no one showed up. I contacted the answering service. I got no call back. Looking at back invoices I was overcharged 12 hours one day. 15 hours another day and on the holiday at $52.50 an hour the caregiver was a half hour late, I was still charged for the scheduled shift. The caregivers come in late everyday when they do come in. I do not recommend this company to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SILVER LINING read more

I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!! terrible communication and service. They never confirm appointments with there staff, and they do not return calls. I know somebody who worked there and they left her messages on read. read more

The Nurse Next Door has been an amazing experience since day one. The NND team are professional and very well trained. I live 2 hours from my mother and my brother is about 40 minutes from her house; this agency has given us the peace of mind that mom is well taken care of while honoring her wishes to stay in her home and 'age in place'. The caregivers do everything from day to day chores around the house, cook meals, grocery stop, light cleaning, they take mom to all of her appointments, lunches and almost anywhere she wants to go. They even offer a monitoring system so I can check on my mother to see how long she has been laying in bed, or sitting in her favorite chair. The Nurse Next Door has truly been a God send and I don't know what I would do without them and I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone! read more

From the moment Allison walked in my door and sat down with our family I knew we were in the right hands. The caregivers are professional and proactive when it comes to caring for my mom. I had to move to the West Coast and needed to have someone with her on a daily basis. The peace of mind I have knowing that she is being cared for, not just taken care of, is priceless. Meet the Business Owner: Tiffany R.

Tiffany is a RN with years of experience in the nursing field. She grew up in nearby Pennsylvania and worked as a companion and CNA before putting herself through nursing school. After working in multiple units that included the operating room and intermediate intensive care, Tiffany worked as a case manager for a home care agency. In 2013, she started Integrated Health Associates LLC (now doing business as Silver Lining Home Healthcare). She loves the intention and focus that can be provided through one-on-one home care.

He also suggested riding stationary bike, swimming laps and exercises I could do in the pool. By the time my surgery came I was in good shape, I had more mobility and could get around easier without a lot of pain. I did not have to manage pain with oxi prescription only Tylenol. I was working on the stationary bike much earlier, within first week. I was bending at 118 after one week and by two weeks I bent 128, I was walking with cane in two weeks. So I would recommend going to see George 3-6 months to get an evaluation before your upcoming surgery. So they can help you get in shape and prepared it makes such a big difference in your recovery. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable makes you feel right at home! I would highly recommend them for your PT needs.
