Her bedside manner is so horrible and does not want to take responsibility for having a treatment plan completely wrong. No recommendations from me. I would not send my worst enemy to her. Instead of speaking to her patients directly when requested by the patient she tells the receptionist who is not clinical the message to explain to the patient. Who does that especially when the patient has an issue. I have never been mistreated like this and left hanging in a lot of pain. Unacceptable!

We don't need to be friends or chatty Cathys but a little kindness goes a long way in making the experience easier and less stressful. I watched her, patient after patient and her attitude never changed. When one patient came up and asked her what name she had just called and he repeated his, she stated, "What can I do for you, sir?" As a patient getting bloodwork I can honestly say I don't WANT to be there, but it is a necessity. As an employee, if you don't want to be there, move on! Don't make your bad attitude/bad day the patient's bad experience. Honestly, this location and this particular person needs to do better. Recommendation: If you can choose another LabCorp location, I highly recommend you do so.
