They always have a dr on-call. So if you are sick and need to see a dr. You can call them for to be seen by on-call dr. But the catch is you need to call then 8 AM in the morning and rven by 8:07 they get fully booked for the day. And since it is a shared space sometimes the staff doesn't takes your calls and emails seriously and there is a communication gap which hurts the patients. But in general all the dr. are very good and caring. They were very helpful during Covid and with a Newborn at that time, all dr. Were providing us support and care.

After my sister had checked in, we were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. A family entered a few minutes after her (also of Indian descent) speaking in a different language with the receptionist. While she was waiting her turn the receptionist let the family in ahead of me. She thought maybe it was just one person, but all 4 people went in one after the next. She kept being told that she was the next patient. She did not feel like she was being treated seriously, or with care. This receptionist needs to be trained to uphold professionalism, and communicate with patients respectfully and effectively. I felt there was clear favouritism between patients. What was meant to be a 10 minute visit for a prescription, ended up being 1.5 hour wait until my sister could be seen by a physician. Very poor patient care. Dr George was so kind and considerate about this situation - he really saved this experience for her and I.

Bloor Street: The staff are very nice and helpful. The clinic itself is the size of a dentist room very SMALLLL. This clinic is different as they ALLOW YOU to bring someone in for support while the Mississauga Queensway location DOES NOT. I preferred the does not clinic for that because it is empty , quiet and only people who are getting the procedure/clinic workers are there to aid you. All about preference. This one is so CRAMPED THAT THE ROOM WHERE THEY DO THE ABORTION IS SMALLER THAN MY WALK-IN CLOSET!!!!!! It is way TO SMALL OF A CLINIC. It is quite outdated and tight. But the staff are very kind and helpful. The largest room is the room where the women rest after the vacuum/surgical procedure. This one gave me an anxiety attack after with how tight, small and the amount of people they allow in the waiting room. Mississauga/Queensway: They do not rush you in any way, very large space for the operation/waiting room, it's quiet, very accommodating staff. The only downside I will say is the INTERNAL-ULTRASOUND TECH here is WAYYYY to aggressive with the wand in how deep and strong she inserts it.
