It was akin to a sale at Walmart.....people were everywhere scrambling to get into limited spaces available. This year, the entire process was much better. You called, were given a time...you showed up, completed your paperwork, met with the instructor (to determine fitness levels), you paid...and off you went. Such a better process this year. Took two classes (Wednesday nights and Friday) .....duration of an hour each...each course lasting 20 weeks. Total cost for all classes....$40 ($20 per course....so basically....$1/class). Last years instructor was fantastic....her name was Emma. Unfortunately, she's not back this year ...here's hoping the new one is a engaging. All staff were interacted with were stellar.

I had a medical issue 3 months back that began with a visit to the medical centre which was actually my first visit. The medical issue turned out to be an emergency and Dr. El-Batnigi and staff were very comforting and providing me with the professional care I needed before heading to the hospital. Since that visit I have been back a few more times for a check up and to refill my prescriptions at the very efficient well run on site pharmacy. In addition to the on site pharmacy they also have an on site lab to get your blood tests done. It is a very clean and organized well run clinic and family practice.
