My experience. The owner made a change to the layout of information that I chose. She did not ask me or contact me in any way to see if agreed with the change she was making. When the tags arrived, I immediately contacted her and politely informed her of that a mistake had been made, as I double checked my submitted layout with the tags I received. She told me she cannot waste time double checking with every client she thinks has poorly chosen layouts and just went ahead and made the change at her own discretion. I am so happy with the ID tag that I got for my German Shepherd. It is beautiful and impressive. Perfect for my "big boy"! Nothing like the cheap tags that you make yourself. My biggest problem was deciding on the design...they are all so nice. I needed to order a replacement and Karen was amazing to work with! Very fast shipping, even with the engraving. I did not expect it to come so quickly. Very nice quality and deep engraving. It seems that it will hold up awhile, and of course it is very adorable!
