We didn't have any connections to WMDB, but we took a chance with them and we are happy we did. The facility was spotless, Tony was incredibly knowledgable and supportive, and we felt like Pepper was 100% safe while she was there. We will totally use WMDB again, and we'll recommend them to friends.

She has helped us with both overnight sittings, walks during the day and has stopped by to feed Oakley when we aren't able. Before our first walk she came over to meet Oakley, learn his routine and make sure he was comfortable with her. She is GREAT with dogs. He immediately took to her. She is extremely responsive and will try to accommodate any of your dog's special needs. Our Oakley is reactive and has trouble around other dogs. She takes him on solo walks and even tries to find spots that don't have as many people so he can be calm and enjoy himself. He loves when Lori takes him in the woods to hike some quiet trails. She sends tons of pictures which always reassures me that he is being well taken care of. I highly recommend Lori!

Shannon has the absolute worst personality. Not one smile and I don't believe she looked at me once while I was trying to explain to her how to cut his hair. She obviously did not listen because all she did was completely shave him. A BEDLIINGTON COMPLETELY SHAVED!!!! i wanted to cry. His face was still dirty, his nails were not cut, his ears were wet, his tail was still in knots and what was left of his hair was not "fluffed" like a Bedlington. He looks like an emaciated poodle. All for $75!!! I will NEVER go back there and I WILL pass the word.

Understandably, like many area businesses, they are overwhelmed and cannot take new clients. What is not understandable is why the person who answered the phone was so rude. She actually went out of her way to be rude and condescending. I have no doubt it must get annoying to have to tell people countless times a day that you are not accepting new patients, but perhaps mention that on the recorded message. You don't have to be kind but when someone is trying to get help for their best friend who is having frightening symptoms, you should really skip the whole being a jerk thing. I was able to find another vet and he got great care and is doing well now. I'm glad we were able to find another clinic because I would have taken him to this place despite the rudeness if they had been willing to see him, I was that desperate to get him help, but outside of a medical emergency, I would never want to place his care and well being in the hands of people like this. Imagine getting the honor and privilege to work with and care for animals all day and somehow still manage to be a horrible and miserable human.

Whether that "cheap" single ply nylon piece of "garbage" is replaced as per their "lifetime" guarantee, or not, at this point I don't even care. I have already replaced it with a "heavy-duty" two ply nylon dog leash manufactured by Coastal, and I haven't looked back since. I have been a loyal Lupine repeat customer for decades, and have returned over that period of time maybe (2) leashes due to factory defects. Their current abysmal lack of communication is the sole reason why I am now switching brands. Their "lifetime" guarantee is a farce, and nothing but a marketing ploy.
