Shannon did a fantastic job with my hair. She gave me beautiful highlights to hide my gray and an amazing cut! I love it! It was so fun to hang out with the chatting with her and another client. (We were toggled getting our hair colored). Then my husband came in after not finding a barber and she shaved his head for only $10. Her prices are very reasonable. I'm always very wary about finding a new hair dresser, but I figured it was time to find someone local and stop driving down to Colorado every time I want highlights. I am so glad I chose to get my hair done by Shannon! My full-highlight is one of the best I've seen in a long time. I see a lot of highlight jobs that have large, chunky blonde streaks, but Shannon made my hair look natural. I had her put a lot of blonde in my hair and unless you are looking VERY closely, you can't even tell it's not natural in a ponytail (which is when it's usually most noticeable). Also, I ended up spending less than what I usually expect even a bad full highlight to cost. So with the price on top of the quality of the outcome, 100/10 would recommend! read more

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The owner is very unprofessional and very rude. I got my hair permed in November and it burned my scalp and completely fried my hair. I called the salon many times and also sent text messages for two months and I never once received a response. I drove an hour and a half to talk with the owner and she yelled at me and treated me poorly in front of her clients. She told me she couldn't guarantee her work. I asked to be refunded the full amount of $126.50 and she said she will do what she can, the next day I received $16.50. I went to another salon where they cut off 5 inches of my hair and told me that my hair is very damaged. I am completely shocked that the owner could not refund me my full amount and ruined my hair. read more

I had just moved to Laramie. I had a horrible haircut a year ago. Shannon helped me get it back to normal.

I do NOT recommend this place for any hair service. Shannon did my daughters hair for prom. First she didn't even use a curling iron to curl her hair, she used one of those machines that you put the hair in and it spins it around to curl it. To say the least the curl did not stay all night. Then my daughter proceeded to show her the style she wanted and she started the style. Well the "bump" was not high enough for Shannon and she started ripping bobby pins out of her hair, pulling it and hurting her scalp and complaining the whole time about her hair. The hairstyle she ended up with was nothing like she wanted, looked awful from the back and the curl fell out. As things progressed that evening, we found out that she complained to other clients about my daughter and her hair. And the next day we spent well over 30 minutes trying to brush out the rats nest she created. To say the least I would NOT recommend Shannon for any special events for hair styling. read more

I have always been very hesitant to do anything new to my hair - as a lot of people are. I was finally ready to do something different with mine so I stopped in, after doing some research, just to see what it would cost. Very reasonable for a cut and color. Not only that but she (Shannon) got me in that same day! She was going out of town for the weekend so instead of having me wait until the next week, said she was going to stay late. I was there until about 8:30 and never felt rushed. She took her time and really made sure it was perfect. And it really was perfect!! Almost identical to the pictures I showed her. BAD customer service. I called the week before and scheduled an appointment w/ Shannon, she confirmed the time & address on Ivinson which was thoughtful. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, they said "Hi" when I walked in but didn't ask my name and who I was scheduled with or what time my appointment was. I sat down, noticed the stylist I was scheduled w/ had just shampooed the client's hair & was JUST starting the haircut. People/places run behind schedule, I understand, however 30 minutes later she finished the cut & the lady paid/walked out. I thought I was next since my appointment was a half hour ago and she had finished. However she took the lady sitting in the chair next to her who was waiting for her hair color to set in, all while the other stylist sat around at the front counter not even bothering to talk to me while I sat there for half an hour. I do not recommend this place due to the horrible customer service I received. read more
