Now I have to scramble with my entire family to get to the airport before we miss our flight. The drivers answer to me "no one is answering his calls, I should give the company hell when I get back". The only call I receive from them, is to see if I still want my return trip to pick me up. Nothing else, they could care less about the inconvenience caused. After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
