Limo- The limo's were fine. Nothing to write home to about. One of the limo AC was a little spotty but either than that it was fine. we ordered two limo's for our wedding. Drivers - Very professional, came dressed to impress and seemed to have really good attitudes considering the nature of their roles. Darian at M&V Limousines was extremely helpful and very smart, and not to mention awesome to talk to, when booking my wedding limos. I walked in late, he took me right away and stood with me for a good hour and a half to two hours making sure everything was perfect and all fine details were sorted out and exactly what I wanted. He educated me about what limos I would need/what cars are appropriate for the wedding day and stopped me from making a big mistake had I not known if he didn't bring to my attention. He showed me the bus that I would be using right outside in the garage and introduced me to the driver who will be driving the bus that day, who was also a delight. This review is well over due but I had to write it...our wedding was on 3.29.14 everything was going crazy. My good mother, mother, baby brother and best friend were getting our wedding planner and her assistant the evil eye (because of so many reason I can not list them all but it was bad) ANYWAY. Rob not only had my white Bentley available but he was able to located a party bus last minute within minutes. When he said I will call you back, I was like he is not calling me back but he did. His staff not only provided exceptional professional but helped out in the wedding when we didn't even know it was needed. Mike the driver of the Bentley and the driver of the party bus ( his names escapes me) were wonderful. After the wedding planner's assistant was of no use they helped calm me down and coordinate the walk into the church. My mom was in the Bentley with me before the church and we were not getting allow but Mike was quite and respectful and made me feel like things were going to be okay. First class....Rob, staff and cars. We were directed to Lancelot Limos by our wedding coordinator. We decided to check reviews on several wedding sites to play it safe. It was no surprise that the firm was one of the if not the highest rated operations in Nassau County. I met with Rob and we discussed my wedding schedule and needs. He actually went out of his way to make the package affordable by suggesting ways we could cut out unnecessary waiting time for limos we needed. Who does that? Honest business people.... This company was hands down the best vendor that we chose for our wedding on July 6, 2018, and I am so happy and grateful that we chose them! Darian is THE MAN, and was so patient and thorough with us over the phone and in person whenever we went over the plans for our wedding (which were complicated!). I must have called him back 5, 6 times to change things or add things, change pick up or drop off times, and Darian was so patient and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Darian made sure that all of our wedding dreams came true. I was so worried about picking a limo company because a lot of the reviews said that limos did not show up on time, or with the wrong vehicle--this was NOT the case for Lancelot limos. They showed up EARLY for each of the pick-ups--we had 4 vehicles, with three different pick-up locations, and they got everyone where they needed to be safely, early, and in style. The drivers were also such sweethearts--they made sure that our day ran smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. The pictures that we took with the '37 Packard were some of the most striking and beautiful! It was so cool to ride in style with my honey in that car. We booked with Lancelot for our May 20 2017 wedding in Long Island and would do it all over again in a heart beat. We booked several vehicles including three 10 person limos, one 22 person limo, and a princess rolls royce. EVERY vehicle showed up either early or exactly on time. Each vehicle was in outstanding shape and the drivers were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. Not once did our limos become a source of stress for me or my wife. In addition to the seamless execution of our day, the booking and planning also went very smoothly. I worked mostly with Rob who made it very clear that when he was talking to me, I was the only person he was working with. He made sure to call me back if he had other things going on to make sure we focused on the details. Judy was also excellent in the days leading up to the wedding to make sure the schedule and details were accurate. Everyone was professional and a true pleasure to work with. The easy communication and planning was particularly meaningful to me and my wife as I am in the military and she has a very busy job that didn't allow her to be in the area of our wedding during our planning. This was ALL done over the phone which can certainly be risky but Lancelot never let us down. Pricing was fair and comparable if not better then surrounding companies. We definitely feel we got what we paid for and that is a clean, reliable fleet of limos, professionalism, and class every step of the way. i meant to write this a few weeks ago when my situation occurred. we got scammed by another limo company, and realized the morning of our huge event. we called all around to try to get a party bus, at a reasonable price in such short notice to fill the void of the one we originally thought we were getting from another company. nobody was really helpful until i gave a call to lancelot... the owner Rob and his staff were so accommodating and understanding of our budget, and situation. they got us an amazing party bus and even stocked it with champagne for us! our bus drive Greg was also amazing and so great with our rambunctious group. i highly recommend this company for all limo needs, they were absolutely amazing! read more

I've never felt like "just another wine tour" for two main reasons: Rob is one of the friendliest people you could imagine, and you can select the wineries you want to visit. A pre-packaged option can't provide you with that experience. The limos are always clean, comfortable, and on-time, and the drivers are professional and polite. Lancelot seemed to be a great limousine company until the day of the event. I have to say that their communication prior to the event was spectacular and they were very accommodating to our requests. However, the day of the event was quite disappointing. As soon as I walked out of my home, I was approached by the driver who had me sign a contract for the day. He stated that he had to be back in the area at 1PM since the bus was booked for another event, 1 hour after mine. I informed the driver that we would need to go into overtime as I had already confirmed that this was ok with the front office ahead of time. He was quite rude and abruptly said that this was not an option regardless of my conversation with the office. He kept repeating that he had to leave by 12 PM and made it seem that he would leave us without a ride if we didn't make it in time. I had to make some last minute changes to my event since the limousine driver was not willing to compromise which made for an unnecessarily stressful situation. During the ride , the air conditioner seemed to have stopped working (or the driver refused to turn it on, still not clear to me) and so we had to open the emergency exit to get some air in on a hot 80 degree day. I called Lancelot after the event to see if I could receive an explanation as to why overtime was not an option despite confirmation as well as an explanation for the AC issue . I called twice and left a message for the representative I was working with. I never received a call back. This appears to be an isolated incident after looking at all the great reviews but I had a very subpar experience with Lancelot and would not recommend using them. I would also suggest to Lancelot to not book two clients within an hour of each other in the event the first client needs to go into overtime. read more

After being disappointed with reviews of limo companies that our venue preferred, we decided to turn our research elsewhere. We came across Lancelot and met with Rob a few days later. During our meeting he was able to show us the limo in the garage. He was very down to earth and was not pushy at all. We decided to move forward with the contract that day. We booked a 16-18 passenger limo for a party of 12. The day of the wedding our limo driver Angelo picked up the bridal party. He arrived around 15-20 minutes early. The decision for a larger car was confirmed when the whole party was able to comfortably enjoy our ride. From the church we went to our photography location. Prior, I was able to hand him the permit and parking money and he took care of the rest at the guard booth. After the photos, on our way to the venue he even stopped by the grocery store so we could pick up beer. Overall everything went excellent and as planned. While it was not needed because everything went well, my only suggestion would be to provide the limo driver's name and phone number so we had it in case of anything. read more

I got married in July 2015 and used Lancelot for my limos. First we met with Rob who is the coolest guy, really chill, made us feel really comfortable and best of all, gave us great pricing. He even let us see the limos before we made our decision. The day of my wedding the limos came ahead of schedule which is perfect because it relieved any stress on the day of the wedding. I will forever remember Rob's motto, "if we're on time, we're late." Its definitely not just words for Rob but the way he runs his business. We had the limos traveling from queens to Hicksville, to Roslyn then to Holbrook. We definitely gave them a run for their money. The men were great and went beyond what I would have expected them to do. After everybody was dropped off at the church rather than leaving or staying in the cars they went into the church and were there to fix my dress and make sure the train to my gown was in the perfect place. They opened the doors to the church for me and my father and sent me on my way all perfectly set up. This was beyond anything I would have expected, it was really helpful and such a nice touch. In addition to providing us with limos for our wedding, Rob also provided us a free limo to bring us to the airport at 5 in the morning for our honeymoon which was awesome! Yesterday we took our 13 year old daughter and 4 friends for a day in the city! A birthday celebration. Our wonderful driver was John! We couldnt have asked for a better guy. He was kind and patient and accommodating all day. The girls loved him and wouldn't stop calling his name!! Our last stop of the day was a restaurant all the way down town. Our wedding driver arrived an hour and a half early to our house and asked to 'hang out' until we were ready. He talked our entire ride to church and then to the venue, a special time that should have been between my dad and I and then my husband and I. It's one thing to exchange pleasantries but he promoted his contractor business and wanted to give my father a business card on the way to church, unsolicited. He left the car running with the windows down with our personal items exposed, and stood in church leaving everything unattended. He didn't know how to unlock the car doors and took a lot of time getting us in and out of the car for that reason only! He kept asking where his tip was the entire ride to the hall, drove dangerously and then went up to our best man with his hands out for money when we arrived. The limo our bridal party rode in had no air conditioning. For the type of money spent, this should not have been our experience. I'll never refer the company to anyone again! read more

Regrettably, we hired Lancelot for all of our wedding transportation needs. While they put on a professional front when we were booking, they did not deliver the day of the wedding and I would strongly advise against using them for any event. The bus was scheduled to make return trips from the venue every half hour from 11:30PM until 1:30AM. Instead, the bus driver made one trip at 11:30PM and never returned to the venue, leaving the bride and groom, bridal party and remaining guests stranded. At 12:30AM, when the bus hadn't returned from it's first trip, I called Lancelot to check on the status of the bus. He said he'd have to see and call me back. After another 20 minutes of radio silence, I called back. He was still searching for our missing driver and was quite rude and unprofessional on the phone. After an hour of waiting and two hours since the last bus departed, I called back at 1:25AM to let the dispatcher know everyone would be taking Ubers. Transportation is the easiest element of a wedding to execute on. Why risk it with a sketchy, unprofessional company like Lancelot, when there are dozens of interchangeable alternatives read more

This is the limo company you want to book with! I recently had my wedding with this company 10/7/16 and I'm running to write a review about this company. I worked with rob from the beginning and he was so helpful and friendly along with his other coworker in the office. This was probably one of my most dependable vendors. The party bus and Bentley was BEAUTIFUL! My bridal party is still talking about how nice the fleet was. The drivers went to the church, put the runner down and even stood inside the church and gave my father and I the cue when to walk in. On the way to the venue the party bus driver and Bentley driver worked so well together. They slowed down when one car would get stuck at a light and made sure they were always in right by each other to make sure everything ran smoothly. The little things like that they did to make sure everything was perfect. Not to mention the driver with the Bentley worked great with the photographer for the champagne toast. (The company brought champagne and flute glasses for us). Honestly, when you booking for your wedding you need the most dependable vendors and that's why I'm writing this review to help our brides and grooms find the most dependable people out there . Wow! What an awesome company. From the moment we met with Rob in the office to initially discuss our wedding to the attention to detail provided by Judy and then our incredible driver Nick, we cannot say thank you enough! The service is incredible and they are beyond flexible and cater to every need you have. I must have changed details about 6 times and nothing was ever too much. Nick arrived 45 minutes before scheduled and instantly I felt more relaxed and knew Nick would ensure everything went smoothly with all our transportation requests, a huge relief as an anxious bride. Once the bridal party got into the limo there was complimentary champagne on ice and more bottles were provided for the grooms party and the guests for the following 2 pick ups. Ahead of schedule once more Nick arrived with a party bus after the wedding reception to take guests to the hotel or to the after party. Once again more champagne was provided and nothing was too much to ask. Nick even called the location of our after party to ensure a smooth change and went to pick up beer for the party bus at the best mans request, this is absolutely above and beyond what we expected.
