Both the gate and the opener are still under warranty but since there are now new owners I was informed they do not honor the previous owners warranty! Omer the estimator and team leader who ended up doing the work was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. It is not too often that everything falls into place when you are looking for just the right individual to come to your house to get the electrical gate fixed. Since our electrical gate was not working, I contacted several gate companies to provide an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. Essentially, it had stopped working and we thought it may need a battery replacement.
