I purchased a driveway gate and liftmaster opener at a significant cost. The opener is not operating well and stops in mid opening and closing. Both the gate and the opener are still under warranty but since there are now new owners I was informed they do not honor the previous owners warranty! Silver State Gates was one of three estimates that I requested to repair one of my three Eagle Electric Gates. Omer the estimator and team leader who ended up doing the work was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He discovered the electrical problem that was causing the gate to malfunction as he examined the gate. His team showed up on time and finished the job on schedule. When he finished the gates were working better than when they were installed over 10 years ago. Great job, I highly recommend them. It is not too often that everything falls into place when you are looking for just the right individual to come to your house to get the electrical gate fixed. Since our electrical gate was not working, I contacted several gate companies to provide an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. Essentially, it had stopped working and we thought it may need a battery replacement. Several of the companies provided a quote to not only replace the battery but also there was an additional charge to just come to the house to give the estimate. I put out a request for info and Yelp and they were one of the first ones to respond. They communicated via phone and text to help get me an estimate within a day, and the project scheduled within a week. It took them no time (two hours, maybe) to dissemble my old gate, and install our new gate.
