When I asked him directly for his NSCB license number, he never responded. For a job over $1,000, Nevada law requires an NSCB license, so this was a clear red flag. They provided a quote 25% to 50% less than three other quotes we got from competitors, then did the job flawlessly and quickly, exactly matching the required HOA fencing style and paint.
