My family has recently moved to the area and through unpacking, generated a lot of things that needed to be dumped. She is very friendly and quickly gave me a quote and assured me she would be able to do what I needed the same day. Ann and her team, which I believe are all family showed up EXACTLY on time, were respective of social distancing and all wearing face coverings, cleared out everything that we needed to get rid of and also offered to take away other things that were not part of the original agreement. Ann and her wonderful team also stopped me from sweeping up and stated that sweeping up the area and leaving it spotless was part of her service. We are extremely grateful for how Ann took care of us. I'm so speechless because I must tell you I'm currently helping my bf mom to clean up her place aka she's a hoarded so as you know there is A LOT of STUFF aka "junk/trash" that needs to Go!!! So as I finished the kitchen many hefty 33 gallon bags later it was close to 3am, so my next step was to find a company to take ALL of the trash away. And of course I go to Yelp to solve my problems hahaha What I did was I reached out to a couple companies but Miguel was able to get the job done at a reasonable price SAME DAY! Please keep in mind I messaged him via yelp for a quote at 3:23am before going to bed Woke up to Miguel message and he provided a cell number to easier contact. I texted him the photos he requested to give me a quote, and called him for a follow up to see how much and if we could get the job done today. The process itself is easy as they advertise it really as 1...2...3...4 1) How to get a Quote: this is able to be done via photo or he will come in person to give you a quote and there is NO obligation if the price is not within your budget. 2)set your appointment and time 3) let Miguel and his team work their magic 4) pay and PLEASE REMEMBER to TIP. Don't be that stingy A-hole because first someone is willing to make your life easier by taking ALL you stuff gone and I know This is NOT and easy job and it takes lots of strength to get it done also good Tetris skills. Customer Service: 100% honestly I had more stuff to get rid of and I appreciate Miguel for being a honest and genuine businessman. He didn't try to scam me but told me it was going to be an additional $50 on top of the original quote of $600, because I was still clearing out the garage and had a few more things to toss. BUT I will be real with y'all there was MORE stuff to toss and he didn't charge me extra for the 4 bags and 1 chair so thank you Miguel. On top of them getting started on the job I decided I needed to get rid of the fridge, 2 mattress, 1 box spring so that was a extra $150, due know this is a 2 story townhouse and the staircase curves corners. I cannot express the detail of what they do because nothing was halfAss done. Everything was done at 110% from customers service attitude to the actual work. I had a bag break and the beer inside spilled I quickly offered a bag but they told me "don't worry we'll take care of it" like Seriously don't look any future go with Silverfox they are AMAZING! They made this entire cleaning process a whole lot easier took the stress right out of me. Time: they arrived At 4:45 ended around 6pm under 2 hours they got is ALL out of there for me. And if you try to be helpful they tell you it's okay don't worry we got it like amazing right they just spoil you be letting you relax and let them work their magic. I appreciate their flexibility with me for the extra larger: fridge & mattress, now it's one less thing for me to figure how to get rid of! Price: total I spent $800+$30tip=$830 and yes it was worth every single penny! Look at my photos of you are hesitant because I know once you see the before and after you wouldn't think twice on using Silverfox. I will be using them again for future projects! I'm still on a happy cloud because it took me an entire week to clear out this place and my biggest issue was who will take my trash! Well I don't have to stress about that anymore, they seriously take EVERYTHING. Ps: they help you clean up, so you'll see the patio is where we put the trash to take and it has dirt. I didn't know they will clean I assumed that was an extra fee. And there was some dirt got into the garage he helped me get that part clean too. I tried my best to help them out my putting all the items to be hauled off in the patio so it is a central location. And another thing is they're great at communicating with you IF they are unsure if it is to be kept or tossed. Just like they say, I called and they hauled. I received a quote within about 15 minutes on a Sunday. They came to my house and loaded my items within a couple hours of giving me a price. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. The amount they hauled filled their trailer and was loaded in roughly 20 mins. Once loaded they swept the area where my items had been, collected payment, and off they went. I was very detailed in the photos I sent so there was zero hassle or price haggling when they showed up. I've dealt with other haulers that tried to price gouge me once they got to the house but not Silverfox, they hauled what I sent in the photos and that was it. I'm still at a loss for words and smiling from ear to ear thinking about what a spectacular job Silverfox Hauling Services did in cleaning out my backyard and driveway. Their professionalism and efficiency notwithstanding (they completed a full haul in just over 60 minutes - taking in all sorts of junk such as scrap metal from a demolished storage shed, rotten wood, old furniture and appliances, yard waste, and just miscellaneous garbage my hoarder of a housemate left behind), they were able to come in very short notice, and they even helped tidy up the area by sweeping and raking the loose debris (and taking that away too)! They were also very friendly and pleasant, and their positive demeanor went a long way in alleviating my anxiety about all the junk that needed to be removed. With regards to pricing - they were very fair and upfront. I just sent them pictures, and they were very prompt about giving me a quote.
