We've used this hauling service twice over the last half year (at two different households that needed to be cleared out), and I can't say enough good things about these folks! In each case, they dropped by to give an estimate the same day that we called them, and work was completed the next day. Some very large items needed to be disposed of including old appliances and, in the most recent instance, a metal gazebo/bar that they were able to make quick work of. Once the large assortment of items to be hauled was loaded, Silverfox even swept out the area and ensured cleanup was to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Through it all they were pleasant, courteous, and conscientious about getting the job done to our satisfaction; who could ask for more? Hopefully we are done with such huge disposal tasks for a bit, but I would definitely call upon their service again without hesitation. I needed to haul a lot of leftover materials from the previous homeowner (plywood, fluorescent lights, rotting wood, insulators, boxes of pictures, old cabinets/sink, pipes, boxes etc). 1) customer service-- Miguel picked up my call immediately and was very prompt in giving me a fair quote. His responses were fast and accurate. Once I receive a great quote, we set the appointment and it was that simple and easy. 2) punctual and communicative--i appreciate his communication and answering all my questions in a timely manner. They showed up and got to work immediately. I'm glad they didn't flake on the job, as clearing out my garage meant I can finally organize and clean properly. 3) work performance- they were professional, friendly and fast. I appreciated that as I had plans later that day. 4) pricing- no hidden charges or last minute changes- this is my favorite- I wasn't too happy spending money on hauling out stuff that should have been done my the previous owner. It was already a big strike on my budget having to clean the garage and other house items left behind that are not mine. So with all the trash they took- their truck was full and Miguel didn't up charge me at all. I had some extra pile of pipes and wood in the back that needed to go too...thanks for not nickel and diming me, while some company might be too quick to say--that'll cost you for this and that extra...they didn't do that.
