Several of my front teeth were damaged/broken during a fall. Dr. Isaac got me in early that day…read more I was VERY concerned about color matching the repair work he had to do. Methodical and very deliberate, I walked out of his office with my teeth looking better than before my accident! Dr. Isaac is, to use a word I avoid, "amazing." His office staff is particularly friendly and helpful. He even had a "walk-in" veteran there as I was waiting and the staff was accommodating him in such a pleasant manner. Every town should have a dentist like this!

This a saying a lot since I rarely write about an experience unless it is really bad. Since I am soooo pleased I wanted to send a shout to the world. Dr. Isaacs took the time and care to work on a delicate situation. I had severe bone loss in the front of my mouth. In fact I was told by a well known dentist in the area that it was his professional opinion that an implant was not possible and that he also recommended additional teeth be pulled since the decay appears to be spreading. Dr. Isaacs did his own analysis and worked to cultivate the bone. Over time, he was able to generate enough bone to support an implant. He took the time to ensure that there was enough bone and that the implant would stick. I was fearful that I would have massive discoloration, crooked teeth, etc. Dr. Isaac has restored my smile. I am officially done treatment and my smile looks fabulous. For those in need of good dental work in a relaxed and fun environment, I recommend that you visit Isaacs & Isaacs Family Dentistry. You will love the treatment and the experience. N. Holly

New Concept Dental was referred to me from my old dentist who retired. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and so was Dr. Matthews who examined me. He wanted to take my half molar right then and there but I told him I needed to say goodbye to it properly. Truth was I was chicken. I really, really, really hate getting my teeth worked on but it must be done. The alternative is far worse. The day of my surgery I was scared but very comforted. These people understand that no one likes the dentist and they do their best to put you at ease. No lecture, no torture, some good Tylenol with Codiene to ease the pain. I slept like a baby and the next day I was good as new. I didn't even have swelling or bruising. They give you detailed instructions on your after care and a follow up phone call. Definitely thorough. Highly recommended.

I was given a well-practiced talking point about how they do it to advocate for insurance to cover them (efficacy is in question). I said, "it's great that you're passionate about that, but you can't use patients as pawns without their consent--we see you're trying to bill insurance, and I didn't consent to that". I'll let the dental board and lawyers sort out if what I experienced is more consequential than feeling "shady.". They care about growing, not their staff or community. Staff turnover is ridiculous. Visits are chaotic, nobody knows what they're doing. Every time I go they find a new way to cheapen and worsen the experience. They stopped giving out toothbrushes to cut costs. Literally every other dentist gives out toothbrushes. I think the country had had enough of feeling like everyone is just trying to scam us and nickel and dime us. I assume the owner lives in a wealth bubble that has normalized these business practices and has no idea how mad the country is with this kinda stuff right now. I kinda miss the days when we expected local businesses to respect the community and act with integrity. I think consumer demand is shifting back towards that traditional expectation. My family and I will be finding a new dentist that meets that standard.
