Appointment only and having a few hours for each appointment allows Carlos to focus on just you for as much time as needed until you're satisfied. I used the Groupon which was a great deal! Downsides: They don't accept credit card. Only Venmo and Zelle Parking: with construction and everything in coconut grove, it is really difficult to find parking. The closest VISIBLE garage Mayfair Garage is $18 for three hours and I went on a week day. It is REALLY hard to find. Better to google Venues in the Grove or the Blonde Tulip, which are across the street from the plaza in which Manolo is located. You go to the bottom floor, and it's in Suite 10. And a tip is that the closest garage is actually next to the Blonde Tulip (unsure the price) Because of the difficulty finding the place and parking, I give it 4 stars. My hair had to be bleached again to correct this. - all of this this resulted in one side of my hair being damaged. - salon should stop overbooking clients & assistant should not do color of client. - I also noticed Rachelly was on her phone and did not look constantly how my hair was processing the bleach.
