She took my payment, but failed to deliver the service that was promised. According to the policy on her website, clients are told that if she needs to cancel, she will contact them directly to reschedule as soon as possible. That was not my experience. Just know that Amber Lin does not provide refunds, regardless if the session was canceled by her or if she never provides you with a reading, which is important to consider before booking with Adirondack Intuitive Reader. While Amber Lin presents herself as kind and compassionate, the lack of communication and not providing a reading that has already been paid for in full is unacceptable and unprofessional.
