Beware Beware of this unprofessional couple! Silvia and Walter Weibach. I contracted them to sell my condo in Tustin Ranch. They did not help me with anything!! I had to do all the work myself. I had to work with buyers agent, had to constantly be on the phone with escrow office because i could not get any or clear answers from these realtors. All thier answers were super foggy and confusing never knew what they were talking about. Had to get cost and manage termite inspection. People were asking me why isnt your realtor calling us?? Any time i did try to ask questions - Silvia was completely in the dark the whole time. I was like? Really.. you been a realtor for 20 years and your acting like this is your first sale and you just got your realstate license yesterday. Walter her husband did nothing but nit pick all the bad things in my house that werent even there! so wierd. I asked him who's side are you on? Your working for me. Lets try to sell this place. My place was immaculant. The offer that we finally choose turned out to be the selling offer. I picked it out from the underneath her purse. I could have sold my place for $30K more than i did. But they dont know how. They'll come by your house without notifiying you and knock knock on your door for 15 min. I had just gotten married and needed to find a nice little house in south Orange County within my budget. The market was starting to pickup and houses were getting harder to find to reasonable prices. Walter and Silvia were there working hard to find me the perfect place, and after I found it they worked very hard to seal the deal with the seller's agent. The property I settled on was a 3 bedroom single family house that was in a short-sale situation, making it a little more tricky than a standard equity sale. Both Walter and Silvia were able to keep the lines of communication open with the seller and make sure that both the seller and the bank were working toward getting a deal completed. I would not recommend this couple as your property managers. I was interested in a property and they did not return phone calls or emails. Then, when they did answer questions, they were short and didn't answer follow up questions. The person that is trying to rent their house is hoping that the property manager would find someone for them, in a timely manner.
