Each member is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, professional & all smiles. Over many years, Dr. Punja provided me (& my young son) w/ samples whenever he had them; I was often able to avoid filling prescriptions. Need to be seen quickly? He'll do whatever he can to fit you in. He is a generous, compassionate soul. Closed Friday thru Sunday, when open you'll often find his happy staff decorating the office for whatever holiday is near. There's a section in the waiting area for children-- complete w/ toys & books, & there's amble parking in the large lot. When I had bronchitis & my primary care physician was unavailable, Dr. Punja phoned in an RX for me w/in an hour. He's an incredible allergist w/ an excellent practice.

I wish I could say the same for the doctor. He put a speculum-like device in her nostril to look in, then stuck a long swab up there without warning. She flinched and her hands went up reflexively. He YELLED at her "DO NOT GRAB ME!". Her nose started bleeding and he placed something int here to stop it/ numb it. Then, he told her he was going to put a swab with something on it to cauterize the bleed. When he stuck it in her nose, she flinched again. She couldn't help it. He yelled again, "Do NOT grab me or this will end badly for you!". She never tried to grab him. It was reflexive. If he had simply explained that what he was doing might be uncomfortable and that it's important to remain still and hold onto the arms of the chair, it would have been fine. I asked him if the cauterization was a lasting solution and he nastily said "yeah, until the next nosebleed". What an absolute jerk! My daughter was also diagnosed with vertigo by her PCP who said she had fluid in her ears. Dr. Grillo said there was no fluid and "you got yourself diagnosed with vertigo but you don't have it". I told her to please describe the symptoms she has, and he says "oh, that's vertigo. It's BPPV. We can do some further testing but it will be outside of the county." The Mama Bear in me should have shot back at him, but I was already thinking we couldn't get out of there fast enough. We will never go back to him, even if he is the only ENT on our plan in this county.

I visited this office a little over five years ago. At the time I was experiencing allergic…read morereactions to something, and I only had a suspicion of what it was. The doctor was able to recommend a couple of tests and it was ultimately decided that I have alpha gal, the red meat allergy. I was very glad that he recommended those tests for me. The visit and the results delivery could have been a lot better. During the visit he seemed cold, and when I listed some supplements/vitamins that I take or may take on a given occasion instead of medicine, he made a comment "with all of this no wonder you have symptoms". I don't take any medicine and take normal supplements unless I'm sick and then I may take other remedies. His comment was very unnecessary, and he didn't have all of the information on the paper so I clarified for him. Then when I was given the results, I was told I could never eat red meat again and that I needed to take Loratidine every day for the rest of my life. I did a little research on my own and discovered from the Mayo Clinic that if you're blood levels decrease, you may be able to eat it again, so I went to another allergist who specializes in desensitization, and he did some research on his computer and discovered that there had been success with desensitization in a couple of cases in another country. I decided to try desensitization on my own with the help of his advice, and was very successful, and I'm able to eat red meat in small quantities (larger quantities of pork), so now I don't have to worry that there might be an ingredient in something that's going to kill me. I wish I had gone to the other allergist first, but I'm really glad that I got the advice I did. Other than that, this office was clean and professional, and his assistant who called me was friendly, but I just don't recommend him.

She made me feel very welcomed and as if I was the most important person that she was going to see that day. Next I had the privilege of working with Quan. I cannot begin to express her customer centered approach to the testing modalities that she had to do with me. She was most patient, friendly, understanding, and was able to explain the process thoroughly and in a way that was not talking down to me but rather in a manner that I would be able to understand. I was most impressed with the care she displayed. Now to Dr. Katz. I do not think I have ever met a more compassionate doctor! He was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, patient, and truly demonstrated an invested interest in me as a patient. Not once did he look at his watch kept open body language and was able to answer questions. His office staff ran on time, clean, and practice universal precautions. I cannot recommend this practice enough, I wish I could gift 10 stars! Thank you Amy , Quan, and Dr. Katz!

He had absolutely superb bed side manner and was very easy going. He put me at ease with all my concerns and made excellent suggestions for me moving forward. His team was professional, patient and efficient. I know I will always be in good hands coming here!
