Then they sent us a bill for over $600 to stop her allergic reaction they caused. Then charged us $265 for Prolonged Service, Extended 1 hour because she couldn't even breath to get up and leave. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to speak to someone in the office. I get put on an infinite hold, sent to voicemail, or to the call center. I have left dozens of messages everywhere and no one has yet called me back. Steven Rosenberg is dangerous and Allergy and Asthma Clinic improperly bills its patients.

We have been patients at this practice since 2024 for treatment of chronic sinusitis, which has…read morebeen clearly documented in our records and treated consistently with the same medications. When we called on 2/16/26 for an appointment, we were told no physicians were available until March, despite this being a multi-provider practice. The only option offered was a visit with a Physician Assistant, which we scheduled. We have consistently expressed that we do not wish to undergo nasal endoscopy. This was never required or performed during prior visits with the ENT physician, and our condition and symptoms were unchanged. Despite this, the PA refused to provide any treatment unless a nasal scope was performed and did not escalate the situation to a supervising physician, manager, or offer alternatives. The following day, we visited our primary care physician, who reviewed our ENT records, performed an exam, and prescribed the appropriate medication without issue. Unfortunately, this experience felt driven by protocol and billing rather than patient-centered care. Being required to undergo additional procedures that were previously deemed unnecessary raises concerns, especially when continuity of care is not maintained. We would not recommend any practice that does not listen to patients or respect established treatment plans.

Her cough is practically gone, she started feeling better within 24hrs. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for him telling us what to do. We weren't there for the cough and he could've ignored it, thank you so much!! My only recommendation, is maybe get more kid friendly items for the waiting room. I am very impressed with both the staff at the Dr's office, as well as Dr. Ruggerio himself. I didn't wait for anything more then a few minutes at any point in time, even in the actual waiting room, which is where the majority of patients are kept suffering in my experience. I was called in within ten minutes to a room, and seen almost immediately by Dr. Ruggerio. Not only did he have a very thorough understanding of my RA, he also did an in-depth analysis of my medical history to make some recommendations that would help manage RA better. Unlike some other doctors, he really spent time getting to know my medical history and helping me out. I didn't feel at any point in time like he felt rushed or bored and ready to move on to the next patient. Imagine; a doctor that actually CARES about his patients and not just his pocket. The staff follow up was excellent as well. The nurse sat with me to look up some specialists in the area (I was still travelling to NY to see my rhematologist a few times a year), and called a few days later to check in.
