Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.

My aunt who is elderly and in a wheelchair had a problem with her water heater they sent somebody out to come and fix it. They took the old water heater out without it being covered drug it through her house, ruined her floors and her porch. One of the workers tried to get the mess and rust off the porch when the tank was rolled down it but unfortunately there are still stains there. Then they left the bathroom a complete mess. He soaked up water with a bathmat, a white one might i add and left it on the counter. My aunt has a bad back and many other medical issues and does not have the ability to clean up that bathroom. She had to pay to have somebody come out and scrub the rust stains off of her floor, her cabinets and her counter. also, the water heater barely even works because they said it to the wrong temperature so in her shower, she is not getting hot enough water.
