Had owner / operator George Feurtado JR come out to give quote on a few shower valves and main shut off manifold in order to pass inspection and finalize sale of home. I became concerned George was hesitant to pull permits and provide me with his credentials to prove he was licensed and insured as required from the purchaser of home. An LLC is similar to a handy man license and doesn't require any experience or qualifications by the state to obtain. Poor George. He walked into a den of vipers with my water heater repair. He said I should replace it, as he knows what he's talking about. But no, I said. It's only 4 years old... that being said, this hi tech piece of junk was a nightmare. Both heating elements were fried. And I had so much silt in this can of sludge, it could never really be cleaned out. But I said FORGE ahead. As the customer, I know best. Lets, as in everyone, just agree that I don't. And poor George, putting up with my google brain, just worked thru all the issues. So, I needed up having to buy a new water heater and because I dated a guy in high school with the last name of Murphy, I have instant rights to that law. As shown when putting in the water heater, the water rotted floor underneath collapsed.
