Gave 2 stars because in the past didn't have a problem. Today wanted just to get the pollen off my…read morecar. Pulled in told guy 10 dollar wash. He said that's just basically soap and water. Told him again same thing. He began explaining the features of the more expensive washes. Told him again 3rd time 10 dollar wash. He said he didn't want me to pull back around and say my car isn't clean. I'm 63, don't drive at night so no bugs. I hoped to get pollen off my car not argue with a punk kid!! I left. Will just leave car in the rain and it'll rinse the pollen for free.
