This unprofessionalism clearly starts at the top. I have noticed a recurring pattern where Michael Simmrin himself will place "ghost calls" leaving missed calls with no voicemail or follow-up. In a field that demands clear communication, this "cat and mouse" game is a direct violation of professional standards and shows a total lack of respect for the public's time and legal needs. Do NOT be fooled by this firm's high star rating. It is my assessment that they are actively gaming the system by flagging and removing genuine negative reviews like mine to "scrub" their image. Meanwhile, the profile is padded with glowing 5-star reviews that appear to be curated from Michael Simmrin's own circle of friends and relatives rather than actual clients.
