We had a 22" scrape above the water line. I had the estimate via email 3 days later. Once the insurance company got their s**t together weeks later, John came back and picked our boat up for repair! I have to tell you, the boat looks YEARS newer even from the first day we bought it. He originally said 4 days, then contacted me for an additional day because he wasn't happy with the paint match. The boat is a 1996; 23 years of salt water, sun and fun so I wasn't holding the bar too high on the paint match. WOW! They have quite the eye! While I don't wish a boating incident on anyone, accidents happen; if this unfortunate situation arises - just call J & D - no need to make any other calls.
