She has taken multiple custom orders for me over the phone and even texted me photos at times. Customer service that you don't see much nowadays. I just recently ordered through her website for the first time and was so pleasantly surprised that a snapshot of what I ordered comes with the delivery receipt. I wish every florist did this!
