    I added RED roses for giving this plant some color.  This plant ALREADY had WHITE flowers. I asked Sarah to arrange them nicely…are they?

    UPDATE: -- Here's an update & the email that I got from the owner this morning after I replied back to the msg that she sent me on here yesterday which is under my original review on Feb. 7th. ---------- My email that I sent to her after her 1st response: Hello I really am not trying to be rude or anything right now, but I feel that my long Yelp review is filled with extremely very-well, detailed info about my experience & thoughts. I really don't know what's left to say that can be added by my calling the store again, which would be my 5th time calling after what I have already said; therefore what I wrote is all that I have left to say & it would be a waste of my time to call just to repeat what I already said in my review. ‍ I spent a good amount of my free time on the weekend trying to find out where my sister-in law's plant was when I shouldn't have had to do that. You can do what is right to make your customer feel that at least something was done for some amount of satisfaction  ... or, do nothing at all if you think that would be fair for yourself & your business. I just wanted my experience to be known to others who have also never ordered flowers over the phone (or online) so that they will know to ask all the right questions that I didn't know that I should have asked that might also not be explained or told to them by employees. In the future, I hope that the employees will repeat the whole entire order to the customer before processing it with their payment ... and also, after the delivery has been made, send an email or text message to confirm it for the customer right away so that they are not wondering for days where their order is like I had to. Thank you for responding & take care. V. (My reply back to her was polite, but then there's HER's ) ---------- From the owner: Good morning I don't want to waste your time so I will just drop it. (Me: -- YELP reviewers, is that a nice attitude to give some1 who just buried some1 on this passed Saturday??..How about starting the email with.. "sorry for your loss", instead of .. "drop it"..? -- They had ALREADY "wasted" my time when I had to spend a good amount of Sat. & Sun. trying to find out if the plant I ordered had made it to the funeral) I do want to share that we have learned a lot about this transaction from your account of the experience and how different it was from our account of the transaction.  (Me: -- So, in other words, I (the customer,) am a liar?? -- In my 1st review here on Mon., I was trying to be nice, so I COVERED 4 her employee Sarah who took my order last week Thursday by saying that I believed that she made an honest mistake, but Sarah knows that it wasn't me; PLUS I had to call back 4 days later to have my receipt emailed...I got it THEN, but they ALSO could have sent me a ..*.. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ..*.. that same way on Saturday. When I called there 2 days ago, Sarah 'claimed' that I said WHITE roses, when I KNOW that I said RED roses bcoz the only thing that I like white is ice cream, not even clothes. When I placed my order, I had told her that I wanted red roses for matching the red bow that I ordered for the plant. -- Sarah then told me.. " the red roses won't be in until 2moro (Friday) ". When I called back & told her my brother got WHITE roses instead & that I was VERY disappointed, she said I told her white not red. -- Yelpers, in what language does red sound like white even over the phone? -- I'd bet that they already had WHITE roses when I was placing my order bcoz white is most likely less popular than red, which is why Sarah TOLD me that they are OUT of the RED roses, they'll arrive before my plant gets delivered.) The owner: -- Most importantly, we learned that customers assume because a huge corporate giant like Amazon gives real time delivery confirmations, that all delivery systems work that way.  As a small business we do not have the resources for technology to provide delivery confirmations as a default and we do not offer that service. (YELP reviewers, so they had NO way to email me or send a text to my cell phone when they had my contact info for both? Hmmm.... so what do YOU all think about her excuse for ALLOWING me, their 1st-time customer, to wonder almost the ENTIRE wkend where's my order -- thumbs UP or DOWN?? -- My delivery was for 11, they closed at 2 pm with PLENTY of time to tell me. A $76 order, I was hoping for ONLY $9 back -- 1/2 what I paid for the WRONG roses. -- POOR example of common courtesy 4 their customer! -- I'm disabled living alone on $980/mo, I'd bet EMILY's income is WAY higher than mine!) We always stand behind our word and deliveries are completed in the safest manor possible, had there been a problem we would have contacted you. No news is good news, in the delivery department. We are sorry for your family's loss and hope they are recovering enough to enjoy the green plant as a living memorial. All the best, ( sure) Emily N.

    We planned a wedding on very short notice and it was a pleasure working with Jenny who helped our vision become a reality! From the table decor that was able to be transported to our reception venue, flowers to top our cake, to the beautiful wedding arch and bouquet, every detail was attended to. They were not only beautiful, the flowers lasted a long time beyond the wedding, allowing us a chance to enjoy them even longer. I would highly recommend Belle Fiori for all floral needs. Will be back many times!

    My wife and I used Belle Fiori for our wedding reception and we could not be happier. We had two consultations to talk about our vision and what could be achieved. The results were even better than we had envisioned. We wanted non-traditional arrangements that reflected our honeymoon in Capri, Italy, a place well known for its citrus. Belle Fiori took that vision and brought it to life with table arrangements that impressed our guests without overwhelming the tables. Delivery on the day of the reception was flawless. The centerpieces are still going strong, several weeks after the event. I look forward to using Belle Fiori for anniversaries and special occasions for years to come. Highly highly recommended for weddings, or any day, just because.

    From the moment we met Emily and her team at Belle Fiori, we knew they were going to exceed all of our expectations. I had asked the team to create a fall fantasyland for our October wedding and I was speechless when I saw the end result. I have never seen such incredible floral arrangements and words cannot adequately describe the masterpiece that Belle Fiori created for our wedding day. Between the impressive arch, suspended floral displays, and collection of candles, lanterns, and terrariums, we are still getting compliments on how magical their designs were. Besides their incredible talent, Emily and her team were very organized and prompt to answer questions, which helped alleviate any stress during the planning process. Overall, we would highly recommend Belle Fiori for any upcoming events!!

    I live in another state and ordered a special arrangement for my sister's 50th birthday from Belle Fiori. All the arrangements on Yelp and on this florist's website looked spectacular. They were also open for business during the Coronavirus lockdown which was a huge plus! However, I was a disappointed at what was delivered. I asked for bright colors, specifically purples, oranges and yellows with no fillers like baby's breath, ferns, or carnations. I asked that one of the flowers have some fragrance. The woman on the phone mentioned several flowers they had - hydrangeas, lilies, and others I can't recall that sounded wonderful. But the arrangement they delivered was so small. No purple flowers - I told her it was my sisters favorite color - were included. No lily or hydrangea. Just the roses from what she mentioned. There were two exotic flowers (I didn't ask for exotic) and a strange white fluffy filler - a feather?! I could have purchased a living orchid plants for the same price. The vase is ugly, too. The flowers were delivered on time but it was not worth the money I paid. Update: while this arrangement is not my taste, my artsy sister did LOVE it! Even the white feathery thing!

    My partner has sent me flowers twice from Belle Fiori in the past couple of months. They create beautiful arrangements and we will use them again in the future.

    Emily did the flowers for our wedding this past weekend and they were absolutely perfect! She helped us create a vision for a bright fall pop of color and also made a gorgeous greenery piece for our ceremony backdrop. Patient, creative, and responsive--the perfect vendor!!

Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

Kaylee was so helpful and always willing to mock up new ideas with me and that was always appreciated. The process was amazing from the very beginning and all our florals looked STUNNING. My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and she took every detail I gave her to make it how I wanted. We did not have a ton of florals but we had candles on our tables and we received compliments all night of how elegant everything looked. Their team was so quick to help make adjustments on the wedding day to make sure everything looked beautiful and it did. I absolutely loved working with flowers for dreams!
