I went in May 6th to get my mom some flowers for Mothers Day since we live far apart now and she was visiting. I walked in and a nice lady helped me pick out a personalized assortment of flowers. I told her $50 or under, purple flowers, and it was for Mothers Day and for any iris. She 100% met my expectations plus more. UPDATE: -- Here's an update & the email that I got from the owner this morning after I replied back to the msg that she sent me on here yesterday which is under my original review on Feb. 7th. ---------- My email that I sent to her after her 1st response: Hello I really am not trying to be rude or anything right now, but I feel that my long Yelp review is filled with extremely very-well, detailed info about my experience & thoughts. I really don't know what's left to say that can be added by my calling the store again, which would be my 5th time calling after what I have already said; therefore what I wrote is all that I have left to say & it would be a waste of my time to call just to repeat what I already said in my review. ‍ I spent a good amount of my free time on the weekend trying to find out where my sister-in law's plant was when I shouldn't have had to do that. You can do what is right to make your customer feel that at least something was done for some amount of satisfaction  ... or, do nothing at all if you think that would be fair for yourself & your business. I just wanted my experience to be known to others who have also never ordered flowers over the phone (or online) so that they will know to ask all the right questions that I didn't know that I should have asked that might also not be explained or told to them by employees. In the future, I hope that the employees will repeat the whole entire order to the customer before processing it with their payment ... and also, after the delivery has been made, send an email or text message to confirm it for the customer right away so that they are not wondering for days where their order is like I had to. The florals for my wedding were absolutely STUNNING! I continue to get compliments daily on the florals! I had wanted fall floral, and the team knocked it out of the park! In particular, the Bridal and Bridesmaid bouquets were beautiful and perfect in size! The colors were vibrant, but bridal! I loved the 4 different arrangements of table sets the team came up with and executed. On the day of, the team came out the ceremony location to ensure everyone had their florals and to the reception venue to place florals. The only downside was the boutonnieres were magnetic and some of the groomsmen's broke. I would opt for pin on boutonnieres instead. The planning process was great as the team was very responsive! Emily was great to work with as she is very knowledgeable, straight and to the point in a great way, and detail oriented. Emily listened and made sure we were on the same page and truly made my vision come to life! I would 10/10 recommend Belle Fiori to any and all brides! 100% worth every penny! read more

I live in another state and ordered a special arrangement for my sister's 50th birthday from Belle Fiori. All the arrangements on Yelp and on this florist's website looked spectacular. They were also open for business during the Coronavirus lockdown which was a huge plus! However, I was a disappointed at what was delivered. I asked for bright colors, specifically purples, oranges and yellows with no fillers like baby's breath, ferns, or carnations. I asked that one of the flowers have some fragrance. The woman on the phone mentioned several flowers they had - hydrangeas, lilies, and others I can't recall that sounded wonderful. But the arrangement they delivered was so small. No purple flowers - I told her it was my sisters favorite color - were included. No lily or hydrangea. Just the roses from what she mentioned. There were two exotic flowers (I didn't ask for exotic) and a strange white fluffy filler - a feather?! I could have purchased a living orchid plants for the same price. The vase is ugly, too. This is my second and last time being subjected to this lousy florist. My first experience was as a recipient of one of their contemporary bouquets. The arrangement was very nice, but delivery was not handled properly, and the arrangement arrived in poor condition with the few flowers wilted and dead 48 hours later. O.K. I figured the weather may have been the reason, or maybe the driver was inexperienced, and didn't want to think that they'd actually sent out a bouquet that was on it's last legs and were rushing to get it out of the shop and in my hands. So, I needed a bouquet for a friend and decided to order a contemporary bouquet for her. Well, this is most embarrassing. The "bouquet" is hideous, and not coming anywhere near a "contemporary" arrangement. In fact, it couldn't have been arranged by anyone. The flower bunches at the grocery store look MUCH better than this gift. This disaster had no excuse. I called the order in and told them that they could deliver in the next two days, depending on their schedule. I specified that I wanted the freshest flowers they had in stock, hoping I'd get better than I got the previous order. I didn't mention the prior problem, and now I'm too embarrassed about this possibly damaging my relationship. On the positive side, use these folks if you are passive aggressive and sending an arrangement to someone you despise. read more

We reached out to Belle Fiori based on a recommendation from the Pfister Hotel for a corporate event. We ordered 12 large centerpieces that were exact to our client's description and reference photos. Upon delivery we had a last minute surprise and the flower arrangements needed to be changed within a 3 hour window, same day as the event. Emily and her team were able to show up on site and redesign each centerpiece before the event. Their effort, attentiveness, and professionalism should be commended! I like to end on a positive note, so I'll start with the cons first. CONS - On both occasions we met with Emily she made it very clear she was not a fan of Zilli, our selected venue and catering company. I certainly appreciate insight but after hearing it a second time I felt it reflected more negatively on her than Zilli (plus we had a great experience with them). Super con - my wedding flowers did not arrive to the church on time. I called after 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and no one at the shop picked up. I called several more times but it just rang and rang and eventually I left a panicked message. I double checked my paperwork and confirmed all the information was correct - date, delivery fee and time. Eventually, someone was able to get ahold of someone at the shop. My flowers were ready, but they told them I paid for pick-up. They still did not deliver them - someone had to leave and go get them. I still never received a return phone call or an apology. It did cause me tears on my wedding. I had done everything in my hands to ensure a smooth process, and that the flowers would arrive in time for early pictures. It caused a hiccup in the timeline for the day and we had to do a lot of shuffling to accommodate the unforeseen delay. PROS - Fairly priced and great communication. I knew exactly what I wanted, but of course, not all of my flowers were in season or in budget. Emily helped me select cheaper alternatives that gave the same look and would "last" the entire wedding day. I appreciated this, as other shops I looked at did not offer this up which resulted in a cost we couldn't get past. The flowers WERE beautiful. By time I got back from my honeymoon I had an email indicating I would be refunded the delivery fee that I had indeed paid. I didn't even have to ask because they instantly corrected their error. I almost didn't want to leave a review since they had fixed it, but as unfortunate as it was, I think it's fair to share what happened. This can happen with ANY floral shop. Just be mentally prepared, wherever you go, for someone to make the trip if need be. read more

Belle Fiori recently did the flowers for my wedding ceremony and reception on October 8, 2011. Everything they did was beautiful, they were on time, and they even pinned the flowers on the guests who needed them. They set up my reception centerpieces without me even there and did a wonderful job. I live out of state and needed a florist who would be able to accomodate me through email and on my time. The florist met with me whenever I asked to meet the few times I was in Milwaukee before the wedding. I also have very limited time and flower arrangements aren't exactly my thing. I know what I like and what looks good when I see it, but I really don't care to design things myself. Belle Fiori asked what my colors were and what I liked and came up with options for my wedding. I chose what I liked and they combined everything to create something unique and beautiful for me. My bridesmaids and myself all received compliments on our bouquets and all of the decorations for my ceremony and reception fit the venues and our personalities just right! I have no complaints about Belle Fiori. Even their prices (including delivery and setup to Waukesha County) were very reasonable and competitive. My high school was just down the street and I have received many a bouquet from Belle Fiori flower shop as a "congratulations on your mediocre performance of high school theater!" While I am willing to admit that I was pretty mediocre, these bouquets are certainly not! The flowers from BF are always fresh and vibrant. I appreciate the interesting variety of flower types and color combinations in a mixed bouquet. I have ordered several corsages as well, and it is pretty exciting to see what they have come up with. In addition to the gorgeous flowers, the florists add little extras like feathers and beads on wires if you ask. Sounds kinda kooky, I know. But trust me, the end result is always tasteful and whimsically charming. I have never used the delivery service because it has always been convenient enough for me to swing by and pick my order up. I also don't mind stopping in because the shop is so darn cute! It is a very cheery boutique with unique and adorable gifts. *BONUS - If you stop in on a Friday, they have a special where you can get prearranged bouquets with $50 worth of flowers for $25! She acted as if she didn't care to answer my questions and when she did she repeated the answer more than once as if I didn't hear her and say "ok" the first time. I really wish I didn't have allergies because I would buy flowers from Belle Fiori. Not being a huge fan of carnations (I've been told they're filler flowers),I'd most likely purchase roses. Red roses mean love, whereas, white roses express purity. I've always been fond of yellow roses. I have to say I was very suprised by the lack of service this shop provided. I specifically choose them as the order could be delivered on Labor Day, I placed the order on Saturday. Apparently it could not due to glitch in website, even though I received order conformation confirming the date. The lack of delivery was only discovered when I reached out to them on late Monday evening when I discovered nothing had been delivered. I actually spoke with the owner on Tues and her lack of care over the error was jaw dropping. She seemed as annoyed with the website error but at me!! She was very to the point....it happened, "I don't have a time machine". The only options she offered were to reroute the delivery to work address (I didn't have that) or cancel my order. Had a take it or leave it attitude. No offer to upgrade my arrangement for the mistake or a partial refund. After about 5 mins of back and forth stating my only delivery options where 10-3pm (when no one would be home), she finally did note she could get them delivered later in evening and would waive "after hours" fee. well gee thanks, since they were suppose to be delivered a day ago....? Over all left me with a bad taste and I ended up canceling and moving forward with another shop in area that was great! read more

My wedding was this summer, and I had a really terrible experience with my flowers. They were not at all what I expected. A contract had been drawn up that listed the types of flowers that were to be used, however not the proportions of the colors in the arrangements. The arrangements that I expected to be primarily white with a small touch of coral ended up being completely coral- or, really, pink (including my bridal bouquet!) When I couldn't hide the shock on my face after seeing my bouquet on the wedding day, Emily became extremely defensive instead of helpful. If she could have just helped me remove some of the elements that I disliked the most in the bouquet, maybe it could have been salvaged. I wanted minimal flowers on the beautiful wedding cake that my aunt made for me, and it was completely covered in them. That was distressing, because I thought my aunt's cake was so beautiful. This is all aside from the fact that the flowers for the entire reception were basically pink rather than white. And I really hate pink. It was kind of hard for me to look at the pictures for a while after the wedding, even though I tried not to be upset and tried not to think of it on the actual day of the wedding. I really love flowers, though, so it was very disappointing. I will say that the execution the day of the wedding, time-wise, was very good. You can tell this company has done a lot of weddings and knows how to get the job done, in the sense of preparedness and set-up. Just be extremely clear on what you want (which I thought I had been- pictures and all), see lots of samples, and don't expect Emily to be overly sweet or friendly on your wedding day. Especially if you are unsatisfied in any way! Overall, it was not even the pink flowers as much as the rude attitude I encountered that made this an awful experience.
