He charged $25 total for both repairs and the average price in Norcal starts at $30. He is not one to chat much but he works fast. My only complaint is that I gave him the measurements for my son's wrist but he ignored that. Luckily I noticed he made it too big and he was willing to remove a link before I paid him. read more

My wife took her ring in to him to get a previous job he did repaired and It seems he's replaced the diamonds in her ring. We purchased the ring while on vacation at a resort out of the country and the diamonds were brilliant. Now her ring looks cloudy and the diamonds aren't fitting properly. We reached out to the resort and they are sending me a copy of the original receipt with the clarification of all the diamonds in the ring and have them checked against what's in there now. His business has been closed for the last couple of days so we will talk with him after Xmas holidays. But something is very wrong here. I'll update this review if we are wrong but I don't think we are. Very upset by what we are seeing in her once beautiful ring. read more

Simon is so knowledgeable and skilled. Every time I bring my jewelry to Simon he either fixed it on the spit or gas it ready in a few days. I brought my son's necklace in a couple of months ago because the clasp broke. Simon fixed it in a few days for a good price. My son went rafting a few days ago and his clasp broke again because it got caught on his life vest. I walked the necklace in again today and should Simon. He fixed it right the. Very honest business! Girlfriend scratched her silver bracelet on granite. Looked bad and regular polishing didn't take away the scratches. I called Simon and he quoted me $25 over the phone. When I dropped it off he then said $20 after seeing the size of the heart pendant. Came back the next day to pick it up and it looked amazing! Even better than when Tiffany's took a week just to polish the damn thing. He also ended up charging me $15 total. Great guy and great morals.
