I was very happy I got my wedding band here! Brandon was the sales associate who helped me, and he was amazing! About 1 year later, I felt my wedding band was a bit too large so I went back in to get it resized a bit smaller. I don't know the science behind it, but they were able to cut the ring and make it smaller, without a seam!?!? I think they might have used a laser, or have the ability to buff out the seam and make it look newer then when I first bought it, without damaging the design! I highly recommend Brandon to help you! Very happy with our experience today. Cyndie greeted my husband and I immediately when we entered the store. She was very friendly, but without being pushy. I had recently injured my hand, I haven't been able to wear my wedding ring for 2 months. My hand has now healed enough to decide if I wanted my ring resized, or if I wanted a new ring. Cyndie was very sweet- more then happy to show us rings- but just as happy to measure my hand and have my ring resized. We were very happy with our experience here today. I made a purchase of a ring and when it was purchased we had a lifetime warranty for replacing the diamonds,tightening, and cleanings. I have brought my ring in twice since being purchased in 2009. So showing up for the third time today 2021, things didn't go as smooth for me using my warranty. As the lady helping us mentions we have warranty, and my ring will be done next week, a guy comes out not introducing himself to us as we are already being helped, takes the ring from the lady helping us, and acts as if he's examining it, the lady then introduces him as Brian. After looking at my ring for nearly 5 minutes or so, he tells us, " The prongs are worn out, and they will need to be tightened, and that's not under warranty. I usually charge $250, but I'll do it for $120 today." I say, "No, I just want the diamonds replaced." Mind you all the other times of getting the warranty done, everything was done for my ring. Replacement of diamonds, tightening, and a cleaning. Today Brian tried it, and tried to get money out of us. Since we didn't take the offer of getting the tightening done, he told us in the future there will no longer be a warranty for my ring. For future references anybody spending their hard earned money on themselves or loved ones, don't waste your time or money coming here. Brian and the ladies here are con artis, so you would not want to spend your money here. read more

From day one these guys have been nothing short of professional, and completely knowledgeable. I've lost count on how many rings, necklaces, and other jewelry I've gotten here over the years. They never once rushed me, they also gave me their opinions on what they think would look best and they are usually always right. My wife recently picked up a custom ring we had made with them and it's absolutely perfect. Better than we could have imagined. We had to wait awhile for it but that's because when it came in the first time Brian sent it back because it wasn't 100% perfect. That just gives you a taste of what their customer service is like. The salesmen are not pushy, which is a big plus. They have a wonderful selection, lots to choose from and many different designs as well. And you just can't go wrong with the lifetime warranty! If a diamond ever falls out, they replace it. I have never been happier with my jewelry and same goes with my wife. Since this is a family owned jewelry store, you're going to get a service level you won't find in the larger chain jewelers. Brian will provide you with exceptional customer service and provide a one on one experience rarely found with today's retailers...and non-existent from online ordering. Also, you will find a much more diverse selection of unique styles and pieces. Lots of the chain jewelers buy from the same suppliers and you risk buying something that a lot of other people have already. But, Saint Andrew will carry items not found in those stores. I love looking at all the loose stones, and Brian has helped me put together a bunch of rings and a few pendants, and it's always a great experience designing some pretty unique stuff. After perusing all of the other jewelry stores in Sunvalley, the Fiance and I strolled into Saint Andrews one Saturday afternoon. The rest, as they say, is history. Let me start at the beginning. My Fiance got a little trigger happy when it came to proposing, and he decided to do it without a ring. From the moment we walked in, Jason was extremely helpful in assisting me with picking the ring that I loved (cause let's be honest at this point hubby to be didn't have much say, lol) that wouldn't break the bank. He actually made us feel as if he cared if we were pleased with our final choice, unlike at other jewelry stores where they just seem to want your money. This review is long over due. I had the privilege of going ring shopping with my husband before getting engaged. We went to every jeweler in Concord, Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek. The prices at these other places were OUTRAGEOUS! Needless to say we did not have a huge budget for a ring ( I know they say 3 months salary but who can really afford that these days?). Saint Andrews not only had the perfect ring for me but were very good about sizing it twice for me, and cleaning it. Brian is amazing, he actually designed this ring himself as a cocktail ring (sapphire center stone). The price was amazing and I love going back to see what new things they have. My boyfriend and I were in the mall and decided to stop in "just to look". He saw that I was fixated on a ring, so he asked if I could try it on. I fell in love immediately! The people were super friendly, and although they were very flattering, it didn't feel like a facade. It took a little over a week to get the ring sized, and when I received it, I noticed that one of the prongs poked out a little further than the rest, but didn't think much of it.... Sadly, I lost a diamond :( Luckily, we have a warranty on it, so once I can bring myself to take it off, I plan on taking it in. When I went on my quest for the perfect ring, St. Andrew Jewelers wasn't even on my radar. I didn't even know it existed. I designed my ring on a napkin and took a picture of it with my phone. I took this picture to a jeweler and was told they couldn't make this ring. This happened time and time again. After my fifth jeweler, the lady excitedly said 'I have that ring in the back!' Oh how excited I was. When she came back, full of excitement, I realized that she had a round cut, but I drew a princess cut. Disappointed, I left with my dreams shattered. I tried a few more jewelers only to be met with denial, frustration and aggravation. I mean, if a jeweler couldn't help with a ring, who could? As I walked through the Sunvalley mall, thinking all hope was lost, I stumbled upon St. Andrew Jewelers. The guy behind the counter said hi, came around and shook my hand. I explained to him how I really wanted to have this ring made but no one could do it. He proceeded to pull out 'The Big Book of Jewelry' and said he could customize a ring for me.
