Especially Susie. I literally walk up to the check in counter and stand there for minutes, with no smile, greeting, or even a "I'll be right with you." You just stand there and wait, while she types a chart. And she ignores you. This has happened to me multiple times. God forbid I need to update my insurance info or have a billing question, you'll really upset her. It was better when there was a sign in sheet so I didn't have to interact with her. The nurses and other technicians are all wonderful. They are kind and caring. So, take this review of what it's worth. The front reception staff is the face of the business. They fail in that area. The other areas are good. I think I'll switch to Marlboro. If they have the same issue then I'll find another allergist. Too many businesses undervalue the idea of decent service. I'm not talking about exceeding expectations, which any business should strive to do, but rather they fail at even being mediocre in this area. If you want patients who happy and continue to frequent you r office, then you should smile once in a while and don't act like you are being bothered by helping me.

Yup!!! I'm the the doctors brother and my name is Michael. I call him my brother because I have known him for about 10 years and he is one of the best family members a man could have. I have sent everyone I know who say they need a good doctor to him, But there's a few things that I see you guys have been missing. First is my brother the man you call Doctor Siddique is not just a good doctor, that has very little to do with the man that he is. Just referred someone so figured I'd write a review too…read more My wife and I jokingly refer to Dr. Hirschhorn as the witch doctor because it feels as if he's doing nothing with his gentile technique but we have gotten up immediately dizzy for his effective work feeling amazingly better. So he obviously did something! For instance, my wife is a severe asthmatic who's been hospitalized for it. He worked on her a decade ago once and her symptoms immediately resolved and never came back as pronounced. I'd say Dr. Hirschhorn is by far the most effective clinician I've ever met and I have MDs in the family with major accolades attached to their names. I say this because his intervention is simple, quick and noninvasive yet more effective than any other therapy I've had before.
