I came here for my first mammogram and ultrasound of the surrounding tissues. I was here for hours and I mean HOURS. I'd say at least three. It was awful. First they had me change to a gown and wait in a small waiting area. I was there for an hour before I was seen. I got my mammogram by the sweetest tech ever. She was the only good part of this visit. Then I was told to wait back in waiting area with gown on to get the ultrasound. ANOTHER HOUR went by. Finally I was taken to get the ultrasound. I got it done by another technician who afterwards told me I was waiting for the radiologist doctor to come talk to me about my results. I waited, not joking, at least 40 minutes waiting in a gown sitting on the edge of an exam table for the doctor who never showed. The technician came back in and said the doctor was busy talking to someone so she, the technician, would tell me my results. That's unbelievable, especially considering I was in there because I felt a lump and was worried sick. The results she gave were just that it's fine and to keep a watch on it etc. I was finally sent home after 3+ hours of being here. Absolutely appalled at the treatment I received here. I was in there scared and just told essentially the doctor is too busy for me and I was given a partial report of my results. I left traumatized and upset. I'd never recommend going here to anyone.

The phlebotomist is nice and personable and the wait is still less than the larger lab conglomerates, but I miss Cecelia. It's not 5 stars anymore, but I will continue to go here. ------------------------------------------ I need to have routine and follow-up blood work drawn quite frequently, so having a reliable, efficient, and quick place to have my blood drawn is very important to me. I have been coming to this lab for over two years now and am thrilled with the service and speed. Cecelia, my phlebotomist, (how many people do you know that know their phlebotomist's name) is super nice, in touch with the patients, and always asks how everything is going in my life. She has always done a good job drawing my blood too. She is the absolute best! I use to go to Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics, where I would wait 45-60 minutes before having my blood drawn. This East Windsor Lab is never crowded and I am always in and out in 5-10 minutes. I'm a little nervous putting this review out there, once everyone will knows about this lab my visits may no longer take only 5-10 minutes. The lab is a satellite facility for the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. It's one of 5 satellite Daignostic facilities that are part of the hospital. I have not been to any of the others. I love this lab and will never go to another Labcorp or Quest facility!

Although mentioning this to the doctor the last time I was in, he was sure that this wouldn't have happened, but nevertheless said he would check into it. If in fact he did, nothing has changed. He is also not the same caring doctor he was over the past years and it now seems to be sort of factory like setting. Does not seem to care as much about his patients as he did in the past. To proof that, I went into the office to see him and to ask for my records so that I can provide them to a new urologist. I wanted to speak to him directly but after waiting for more than a 1/2 hr, I was told that he wouldn't be able to see me for another 1 1/2. I filled out the form to receive my records and have never received a call from Dr Richards even asking if there was a problem, or even caring that I was leaving the practice, proofing my point that obviously he could care less!

They have a large parking lot that seems to fill up so although I lucked up and was able to get a good spot, I can see at times it may not be as easy to do so. The security guard at the entrance of the hospital was so pleasant yet thorough. I wish I would've gotten his name because he was just that good and deserves kudos (middle aged tall brown skinned man) . He spoke to everyone who entered, walked them through the process for entry, re-checked numerous bags and did all with a smile. The hiring event was towards the back of the main floor and was very organized. The Penn Med staff hosting the event were all very friendly and informative and I was able to make a few key connections I can work with and hopefully build a partnership with for the sake of employing Medical Assisting graduates .

The website gave me an estimated time that I would be seen and showed my place in the virtual line. I found this to be very helpful, as I was able to leave and run some errands and surprisingly accurate as to the time I was actually seen. Everyone else I came in contact with during my visit, nurse practitioner, technician and receptionist on my way out, were all helpful, friendly and smiling. I give them a lot of credit as I can't imagine I would've been smiling after seeing as many people as they had that day.
