The material frayed and pulled away from the seam so I called and worked with the warranty company and they said it was not covered. SERIOUSLY. Why do we have warranties and then Furniture Manor said I could bring my couch in and they would repair it for 175.00. I cannot move my couch in my jeep. Why can't you come out and repair it it is your crappy couch you sold me. The person I did pay to come out to repair it said this will probably happen again because it was loosely stitched and he said this is totally manufacturer defect and not sewn correctly. So I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Furniture Manor and their crappy warranty company. I thought I was helping a small store I will only go to the big box stores from now on. Very Disappointed in the customer service and standing behind what you sell.

It's a smaller shop, but they happened to have the perfect sectional sofa for our space. The owner was quick to answer any question we had and taught us a few helpful tips about furniture shopping. At other shops we felt pressure from the sales person to purchase, but not here. We checked out the shop on a weekday night and went home to think over our options. When we decided to purchase, the process was smooth and we had our new couch delivered just 3 days later! The delivery team was professional and friendly. They had a difficult task maneuvering a sectional couch down our narrow stairway, but they made it happen with zero damage to our home! If you live in White Bear... you know but if not use your GPS for clear directions. Open 12-5 weekdays and check weekend hours. Set in a quiet area of White Bear Lake facing the road. in a nice building that smells like new furniture! Wonderful ! Parking in front , restroom and chilled water dispenser. Some new floor samples and a great selection on line. I was able to get a feel for the size of sectionals there and be sure to measure before you go and take a measure tape with you so you know what your room can handle. I also bought two vintages designer lights and a couple pieces of glass labware to put cocktails in and put on the rolling cart to roll around the house (see above). I also bought a very cool looking gumball machine where you push down a little lever and a gumball comes out.** **I have put real gumballs and M&M peanuts in this thing and it has yet to spit out a gumball. It's pretty cool, though. OK, these guys have vintage cocktail glasses and shakers (do you see a problem here?) and more labware that I might buy. And a couple great vintage stands from a chemistry lab that has lots of clamps for test tubes. I'm trying to justify this one. My god!! They have two gigantic overhead light fixtures on rolling frames. If you live in one of those hoity-toity warehouses there is no excuse not to buy these. O, VINYL RECORDS YOU PEOPLE. SOUNDTRACK ALERT!! Endless Boogie was playing on their sound system. New favorite band. Ba-bump ba-bump ba-bump (Jaws) they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from about noon on.

The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. They even helped me order my mattress online right there and helped me get the best possible deal, which I wouldn't have gotten had I ordered it myself at home. I ordered a queen-sized Helix Midnight Luxe and they made sure I got the bedding bundle with my order, which included a mattress protector, a full set of sheets, and 2 pillows. I received an email confirmation almost immediately. The process truly took less than a half an hour, from the time I walked in the door to the time I was walking out. They have free parking shared with the gym next door on the corner of Aldrich & 26th, plus lots of free street parking nearby. I placed my order in the showroom on a Monday and my mattress along with its accoutrements was delivered on Sunday! Only 6 DAYS. Awesome. So far, I am loving my Helix Midnight Luxe and I'm grateful that the Online Mattress Showroom in Minneapolis was there to help simplify the process. Highly recommend!
