She helped us pick out lighting fixtures, bathroom tile, wood flooring, bathroom fixtures and paint colors. She was so helpful and made suggestions regarding size and colors we wouldn't have normally considered but, so happy she did as we went with many of them. We also ordered a custom master king size bed where we were able to choose every detail and she helped us every step of the way. It's gorgeous!! Everything turned out perfectly. We've purchased home decor items and gifts at the store. Such unique and beautiful items. And the staff is always so friendly and helpful. There are 3 parts to this store and you owe it to yourself to experience them all! I started in the style area, which is the clothing part of the store. This is an upscale women's apparel store, with habitat, Liverpool, Johnny Was, and many other upscale brands. All of it is beautifully curated and displayed. You will have fun browsing the racks. The sales associates were super helpful and knew exactly how to interact with people--making customers feel welcome, but not pressured to buy. Downstairs, there is an amazing sales area. Don't miss this gem! Bargains galore and beautiful things! I'm sure it changes regularly. Then stop at the cafe and have a coffee, pastry, or freshly baked cookie. All the treats look and smell delicious. The staff was very sweet and service was prompt. After that, continue shopping at the Good Things gift shop. Such an adorable boutique with a very kind and welcoming owner named Shaela. She was very personable and so friendly. She chatted with us and didn't make you feel like "just another customer." The amount of goodies here are fantastic. They offer a great amount of hats, jewelry, self care items, cards, kids, etc. Also, the homemade lotions are so great. The owner Shaela is seriously the most kind and sweetest person I've met, she makes you feel so welcome in her shop and knows all of the interesting facts about every product in her store, she's like a little book of knowledge. I am obsessed with the local goat milk soap from sunny Brook farms in Wi, I come in often to restock the oatmeal and lavender were my faves and now the scent is combined in their new soap! Love it. I also love all of the little sweet treats they carry here and the dog treats as well, my dog loves the freeze dried liver treats! Such a great addition to downtown Hudson I hope they remain successful and stay for a long time so be sure to support and check them out.
