I have been late for pickup; I call and they say no problem. I have to change pickup time; I call and they say no problem. One time there was a small mis-hap with the way my groceries were packed last week. I called to inform them, not really to complain. They had a new person learning how to do it. Anyway they gave me a $20 coupon for my next visit. The website for ordering is not bad; it is daunting at first but once you have your regular items sorted out it's a breeze to create the next order. They also have a pretty good selection of organic, vegan, and dairy-free items.

I paid for the balloons, the helium in the balloons, and the weights to hold them down. About $50 later I left to return the next day to pick them up. At 10:50 am I show up to get my balloon order and IT WASN'T READY. I was told that I hadn't paid for any string. Seriously????? So I paid for string and was told it would take 30 minutes to fill 36 balloons. My event started in 30 minutes. We came back in 30 minutes and 9 balloons were done. NINE BALLOONS. It took them over an hour and a half to get the order filled and we had to make two trips to another store for string because they didn't have enough in their store. In addition the guests of honor saw us bringing in the balloons so it spoiled the surprise. Had they been ready when they were supposed to be (at 10:00 am) the surprise wouldn't have been ruined.
