At the end of the project, he charged SALES tax not only his labor but on top of materials that I already paid sales tax on. When I pointed this out to him and asked for a refund, he pretended like he did not understand. His response (or lack thereof) was more disconcerting than the fact that he did that. If you use him, I would proceed with the utmost caution. Better yet, find someone more honest.
