Nate is awesome, got my car fixed up. Fair price, they were pretty backed up but he was able to…read morework with me.

I brought my car to this place about 2 months or so ago for side mirror lights on and a message in…read morethe dash that they needed service. He said it was a sensor in the back module. $700 to fix. Said majority is labor and to be honest hed wait to fix till something else is wrong and they are already in the module. Ok great. Hes highly recomended. Well than driving down hwy car shuts off, like i said months later. Every light, heat ect...off but still drives. Luckily finished drive to work, its a safety mechanism on the car, to work till you shut it off. Called nate. He picked up car by tow. Couldnt get to it right away, totally fine, but no communication till i call him, a few days later. Said he bad people with apointments he didnt get to it for awhile again would have been just fine if he said that. He said it had a mouse, not alternator like he thought. He needed to go wire by wire to find damage. No damage found, again no communication. I call him again few days later and now its not a mouse but the module in back now all of a sudden giving a code and as long as hes back there he might as well fix the side mirror part. Hes stopping for a few days and waiting for the part to arrive friday, hopefully. No communication. Called him tuesday. He said part just got in monday and they are right than working on it. Ok great. Get call, part only fixed "a few of the codes". Started once but doesnt even run or start. So hes gotta keep looking wire by wire. I talk to my husband. We are getting nervous and decide to go to a dealership as he quoted me $1,200 if the part worked! It didnt! And we are done with this keep searching, for weeks! I called him wednesday. He says dealer wouldnt give me anything as is, as i told him the dealership told me they'd come get it and i need to cut my losses. He said he had my car tore aprt fixing a sensor that is giving a code now. And if he stopped now he couldnt charge me for hours worked. I said no i dont want anything else fixed. Never did i give ok to fix a sensor. And i said weve put enough money and time into it and its been 2 weeks. We have to borrow a car. He argued it wasnt 2 weeks. Ok sorry a week and 6 days with no end in site as he has no clue. Dealer came and got car friday. They call us the next week, they did tell us it would take a few days to get in. Communication! They have it in shop. A few hours later i get a call. The module did not need replaced and is actually bringing up a code! AND the part he said hed fix while he was in there, he didnt fix! There is no mouse, he assumed by very few droppings and it is the side mirror problem that shut my car off and essentially crashed it. So once he tells me he could advise me to not fix it and the next time hes got it tore apart and didnt fix the part that needed fixed and kept "searching". I tell dealership that i was told it was ok to not fix it at the time, a couple months ago or so. She says no way! Its a computer issue. Not mechanical so if the computer cant communicate completely over a period of time it will, or can, shut off...as it did in my situation. Dealer calls this person to question why he says that, he says, as he said to me when i reached out to him, that he has a hand fill of cars with the same issue in his lot and none of them shut down! $1,100 for nothing! $350ish for 1 part. Rest labor. He should have said i needed to take it to a dealer when he realized he had no clue. Not convince me to go wire by wire charging hourly as i hated the inconvience of another tow fee and more $. He even argued when i tell him id like to move it but did say he cant tell me what to do though. Another $1,200 to fix the part that actually needed fixed, and fixing what was done wrong, and a few days.. and we were good to go. Very unprofessional. Bad experience. Im sure for both of us. Only thing hed admit is the code for the back module is because its still not fully working and thats $100 of the $1200 quote from dealership to finish setting it up. Didnt tell me that part.

AHHH, that Jay Simon asked him about the car- he tells me this…read more "Unfortunately we do not have prior history on the car. It is in pretty decent shape, with prior rust having been repaired. The paint is of high driver quality. As with just about any VW I have seen, this one has a minor oil leak. The motor runs really well, shifts as it should. Overall a pretty nice rig. " He failed to report the turn signals don't work, the license plate light doesn't - well the wiring is gone, the tach, oil pressure, fuel gauges are missing, as is the heater and all the ducting. The spare tire is the wrong size tubeless tire with an inner tube that has a hole the size of Texas. he was right the paint was nice, far from high quality but nice. Some you can trust some are just used car salesmen without repeat customers.

***BUYER BEWARE***…read more Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews, just the website ad of the car. I had the distinct displeasure of buying a 68 Firebird for over $42,000. That was in January. It it now May, and I've put 2 miles in the car. Why so few? Well let me elaborate: First, these assholes delivered the car with 1 mile of gas. Not one gallon, 1 mile. So for $42k they can't even fill the tank. I saw that the gauge was at "E" but thought maybe it was broken, but still, went straight to the gas station which is 1.4 miles away. Didn't make it. 2nd, as I'm sitting on the side of the road with an empty tank, I notice a shit ton of fluid has spewed its guts all over the asphalt. Upon inspection, it had a busted radiator hose. Awesome. 3rd, after the subsection of the hose, I notice I now have a flat tire! They were supposed to be brand new. I thought how unlucky I was to pick up a nail in the single mile I drive the thing. Then I saw the tire, which the side was shredded. Inside the well was this jagged sheet metal that was hanging down. So when I backed out of my driveway and turned the wheel, said sheet metal shredded the rear tire. Cool 4th, after getting it towed, the mechanic couldn't get it started because the carburetor was shot and needed a complete rebuild. 5th frame bushings all needed to be replaced, leaf springs, tachometer, rear main seal was gone, door locks popped out when use of the key, oil pressure switch was broken, all electrical basically needs to get redone, radiator overflow was a plastic bottle with no cap and a lose hose going into the top of it. 6th and this one is good, these douche bags put the wrong oil filter on it, and stripped the oil filter receiver! The interior is garbage. Wires hanging everywhere, they glued the passenger interior door handle together, so the first time I touched it, it disintegrated I had asked Jay repeatedly about the mechanics of the car, and he swore on a stack that this one of the best Firebirds he's seen. I'm sure Stevie Wonder "saw" better cars mechanically. So here it is 4 months later, still haven't driven the car, with the exception of the 1 mile, and I'm looking at a $10,000 repair bill. This dealership is dogshit. Plain and simple. Any car they sell there will have issues to say the least. If you don't like money and liked getting kicked in the balls, then by all means by from this dealer who try's their best to reenact the movie "Used Cars" with every sale. Jay is a liar, plain and simple.
