Our van's coolant was dry even after adding a whole 3.27 liter bottle. We called AAA and scheduled a tow and received a 2 1/2 hour estimate. After waiting the 2 1/2 hours, we called to ask when they would arrive and was told they cannot provide one because no contracted companies accepted the job. I became absolutely hysterical thinking about the possibility of having to wait further especially when it got dark! I was told to call Teo's Towing and spoke with Luis who kept calm as I was hysterically crying thinking I would have to be on the freeway another few hours until he could get a driver to us. Meanwhile, my husband started the van and began backing up to the freeway on-ramp entrance, which freaked me out even more! Luis was patient with me staying on the phone about 10 minutes as my husband slowly and carefully backed us totally off!
