I went here for several months and prepaid. The treatment was fine and everyone was helpful until I had to move. I had prepaid. There was still $650 worth of treatment that had not been done yet. I asked for a refund. They refused. Instead of allowing a refund, Simple Balance instead told me that I could just get treatments when I was visiting the area. Recently I tried again to get my money back from Simple Balance for services not rendered. Again they refused, saying I could just get treatment over the internet instead. What a joke. Wow! I first went to Dr. Jaena with IBS... every time I would leave her office, i would have this extreme feeling of peace and people noticed. IBS went away. She extinguished my anxieties through acupuncture and pressure point treatments. We had also been struggling with fertility for years and Dr. Jaena got me pregnant! I started going to Dr Jaena because I had been trying to conceive for a year and a half. My O.B. wanted to send me to a fertility specialist but I wanted to try one last effort before I did that. Dr Jaena told me she would do some acupuncture and some BEST treatments but she was confident that I would get pregnant. Throughout our sessions I purged so much negativity that built up over the year and a half of trying to get pregnant, I was back to my old self again.
