So, the address is actually on Salt Creek Lane and Euclid Road and it is in the building behind the Starbucks. On September 11, 2014 I had my rotator cuff repaired in my right shoulder. The surgeon suggested this place, and even went as far as to recommend Dorota, one of the physical therapists. I've been holding off on posting a review until (1) the address was corrected and (2) I had gone enough times to form a real opinion. I have an opinion and am not going to wait for the address correction any longer. I have been very pleased with the work done there. Dorota is marvelous. While I have been frustrated - I want to go faster, she is quite knowledgeable about how quickly you can go. The building is brand new and very well designed. And, their equipment is all new and state of the art. After three months I am doing very well, and actually am ahead of where there would expect someone of my age with the severity of injury and surgery to be. I am thrilled with the surgeon and indebted to the work done at Northwest Rehabilitation.

Early on we did stretches and PT to get the issues under control and I've been going back for monthly visits to keep things in check ever since. There have been a few times where I've done something stupid and my neck issues flared up. They were able to see me on short notice and get things corrected. During my visits there I also met Sara their message therapist. She is wonderful. She works with Dr. Engel so she was aware of my neck issues and I have been seeing her for neck and back messages for in between chiropractic visits. Highly recommend this place.

They told me that they would email me some info etc... NO thanks, I ignored the email - I'm just going in for a simple relaxing massage. I arrived at 9am. ( A little tricky to find) Very nice girl who turned out to be my massage therapist checked me in, handed me paper to fill out then showed me the room and stepped out for me to change. By the time she started the actual massage, about 10 miutes had already passed. The massage itself was great! She did an amazing job. Although you can hear everyone talking outside so not the most relaxing atmosphere... When she finished, I wiped off my drool and looked up and the clock was in my face: 8:58am......I know for SURE that we did not start the massage at 7:58.... I got dressed and double checked the time on my cellular device. I went out to the lobby, asked the MT what time we started, she said 9:10am. I said I purchsed a 1-hour massage but the massage only lasted 48 minutes. Thats when the chiropractor stepped in and tried to explain that they start the clock when you first walk into their office and that since I didn't fill out the paperwork ahead of time and bring it in and show up early, I did not receive the full 1 hour massage and they had to get me out by 10am. Although it was a Monday and they clearly had no other customers waiting. They also tried to blame groupon by saying that its actually a 55-minute massage(which is still not 48 minutes) they offer and groupon can only advertise 1 hour massage blah blah. Misleading!

The front desk staff and the PT reviewed my doctor's notes and told me the visit would be "a hundred-something dollars" billed to insurance, with me responsible for 20%. Based on that, I agreed to proceed. Instead, they billed my insurance $360, leaving me with a much higher out-of-pocket cost. When I called billing, the manager said I must have misunderstood and claimed they don't give estimates, refused to check with the staff who gave me the quote, and told me to contact my insurance. I was also warned the balance could be sent to collections. This felt like a bait-and-switch, and the customer service was very disappointing. I won't be returning and recommend getting everything in writing before starting treatment. They billed 3 codes for every 15 min spent there, Therapeutic Procedures 97112- $126, Neuromuscular reeducation 97112 $70 & Therapeutic activities 97530- $162.00. Hope this helps anyone who's considering PT at this place.

My presenting issue was Sciatica and a spine that was out of alignment. These were completely resolved, and I have been experiencing no chronic pain since.
