My therapist who did the initial consult was great - but this review is about the tricky practices chains like this are known for. I called and explained I needed to start therapy but my insurance would be changing in the next 50 days because I got a new job. They assured me to come in, get an assessment and then we will schedule all follow ups once my insurance changed. Well, I did the assessment, my insurance changed about a month and half later and I called to make follow up appointments. When I did so, they told me the initial assessment was actually only "good" for 30 days and I would need to come in and do another assessment to be able to schedule follow ups. This was never mentioned to me and truly does not make sense. Other than it's a great tactic to bill insurance more (first one cost $200 out of pocket AFTER insurance). If this was told to me I would have just waited til my insurance changed and did the initial appointment and assessment later and not in advance. I'm so disappointed and really bummed as the actual therapist had great reviews and I was so excited to work with her. But because of this practice I won't return.

I had a broken ankle & was fresh out of a walking boot when I first came to Diamond Physical Therapy, (Recommended by my Podiatrist). Frances K went above & beyond in addressing any and all of my concerns & pain & helped me to understand everything thoroughly along the way. Frances showed me other factors & bad habits I would have never considered prior to going to diamond PT & has immensely helped me to realize my many bad habits & improper stretching techniques leading to any & all pain that I feel. Frances Always helped me rule out & understand any and all irrational worries I had in regards to all varieties of pain I feel throughout my day to day life. Frances was extremely attentive & I always felt a great sense of care and was never left alone to do anything on my own, always had great direction! I wouldn't be nearly as confident or trusting in my recovery if it wasn't for Frances. I now have all of the tools needed to help prevent future injury through their app which greatly simplifies steps we all have to take to truly get back to 100% & prevent future injury!
