At 6:09 PM, I received a notification that it was being picked up for delivery -- well after business hours at my workplace. I tried calling the store, but that was nearly impossible. You have to go through an automated system and answer multiple questions before you can finally get transferred to a person. Even then, they were unable to contact the delivery carrier, Roadie, to stop the delivery attempt. The delivery was attempted at 8:55 PM. I reviewed the security footage the following morning. The driver pulled up in a sedan to a building with no vehicles in the parking lot, unloaded a 50" TV from the trunk, carried it to the door, tried one locked door and then the other two locked doors, called my cell phone (which I didn't hear because I was asleep), then loaded the TV back into the trunk and left. To make matters worse, flat-screen TVs are not supposed to be laid flat, and the box even states that. It will be a long time -- if ever -- before I spend money at Best Buy again. And if I do, I definitely will not choose delivery.
