At 6:09 PM, I received a notification that it was being picked up for delivery -- well after business hours at my workplace. I tried calling the store, but that was nearly impossible. You have to go through an automated system and answer multiple questions before you can finally get transferred to a person. Even then, they were unable to contact the delivery carrier, Roadie, to stop the delivery attempt. The delivery was attempted at 8:55 PM. I reviewed the security footage the following morning. The driver pulled up in a sedan to a building with no vehicles in the parking lot, unloaded a 50" TV from the trunk, carried it to the door, tried one locked door and then the other two locked doors, called my cell phone (which I didn't hear because I was asleep), then loaded the TV back into the trunk and left. To make matters worse, flat-screen TVs are not supposed to be laid flat, and the box even states that. It will be a long time -- if ever -- before I spend money at Best Buy again. And if I do, I definitely will not choose delivery.

I said I was about to get another one; he said " Why? There's nothing wrong with this one!" I asked if he could suggest an app to use if this ever happened again. He said there was no need, because this phone contained its own protection! He started to hand it back to me, but first he asked "How much should I charge you?"
