Is putting the responsibility of her payroll and rent expenses on the customer, when she did not budget correctly to run her business. It's one thing to charge someone and give them attitude when they receive the service, but to charge them, give them attitude and not provide the service is beyond frustrating. Not to mention the times when the kid got turned away because there wasn't a space for them even though we had scheduled the appointment online and received confirmations. The staff has also been wonderful with our daughter. They engage her in areas of interests (like star wars!) and then draw her into the lessons with ease. Though she does not like school our daughter loves coming to her "pace" appointments. We saw small benefits of the treatments and lessons very quickly and continue to see a gradual and steady improvement in her areas of need. Her teacher at school has also noticed the changes.
