When the rep from Antonucci Lawn and Garden showed up, he asked, "what do you like to do in your backyard?" and then he was quiet and let me talk. After an hour of conversation, I knew this was the right company for the job. The company provides all the necessary drawings, samples, and information my HOA needed to approve the project. Once it got started, the workers were polite, focused, and hard working. I was impressed with the level of detail they took in making sure the ground was well compacted for the pavers they were installing and used a laser level to ensure the entire patio was laid correctly. When it came to installing plants, rock, and drip irrigation, again, they showed their experience. They helped choose appropriate plants that do well in the climate and that helped achieve the look I wanted. At the last minute, I asked to add an additional element to the plan. The Project Manager figured out a way to include it without adding any additional cost! A year later, some of the plants didn't survive the hard winter. Antonucci showed up the day after I called and replaced each one with a similar plant at no charge! Very impressive and great customer service. I am so pleased with the job Antonucci Lawn and Garden did. The compliments I have received on the design and work are endless. This family owned company wants to make sure their customers get the landscaping of their dreams and they definitely succeeded with me! South Lake Landscaping made quick work of removing the bushes and the fence. Later when we wanted to get a hot tub South Lake Landscaping installed a paver pad to match our driveway. This year when we were ready to turn our bare dirt yard into a garden, naturally we turned to South Lake Landscaping after our previous positive experiences. And this was no small undertaking! We had 4 utility hookups in our front yard that were an eyesore, zero irrigation and extra concrete fence panels from a previous project that we wanted to repurpose. We wanted to landscape all sides of our home and had a specific vision. After providing Pinterest photos for inspiration and discussing plant selections South Lake Landscaping got to work installing a full drip irrigation system, building a patio and walkway with our extra concrete fence pieces, adding steps to a retaining wall, artificial turf, plants galore etc... They executed beautifully on every single aspect that we asked for. We could not be more pleased with how the project turned out. We now LOVE our yard. And those utility hookups in our front yard, while still fully accessible, are now completely camouflaged into the landscape. It is a total transformation!
