I usually…read moreread them and they're unreasonable, turns out I am now leaving this for someone else - do what you want with it, seems I'm not the only one disappointed. Paid for a one time service - Loved it. They were great and showed up urgently. I spoke to the owner and said My wife is very pregnant - sure, let's do the service. Once I paid for the seasonal service, there was no need to show up. If they did, which was late evening twice this year (although they'll argue they came out because I'm leaving this review), it was after I had already cleared the snow several times over. Will not respond to text/calls/emails (didn't, but say they do). Ultimately I requested a refund and said I'd pay for the times when they did show, however late (yep, no response) and then escalated to a credit card company. Once it became an issue for their pocket book they responded (only via email) - to threaten to take me to Court. What a joke, just do your job. It's your choice to use these guys, and if you do good luck getting serviced, much less a response - lesson learned.

This is our first year using a snow removal service, so in October 2022, we started calling services and narrowed it down to 3 and 2 of the 3 came out to our house to give us bids, 1 was a no show. Shan, from Tahoe LuxUrey Estates Management, gave us an estimate and gave us specifics of how the snow removal would work. We exchanged contact information and a contract was drawn up and emailed to us. It would go from 11/1/2022 to 4/1/2023. All the questions we had were answered to our satisfaction, we signed the contract and used Venmo for payment. The driveway has been cleared 18 times and probably more because we were gone during the whole month of February and there were numerous storms for them to contend with and we had someone coming to our house to check on thing and water plants. often the snow is removed in the wee hours of the morning however they have come during the day also. Our guy is usually Alejandro however we have had Shan and Brandon as well. All are very nice young men that are doing a great job during a winter with 12 Atmospheric Rivers and it is not done yet. They keep our driveway clear, as well as the mailbox area and usually have to deal with the Tahoe Cement Berms. Kudos to Tahoe Luxury Estates Management and Alejandro, Shan and Brandon for starting up this new business for the community!
